Same here, I think if anything he's just an alright player, I haven't watched him as closely as I would if he was playing for us but he can't be that good if he's at Fulham on loan.

I fucking hate most teams we play against, I never used to when I was younger, I used to like Arsenal because I thought Ian Wright was a legend and I liked Spurs because of Gazza, I don't mind Norwich because they're pretty shit and I've met a few of their players (My mate owns a bar in Norwich and they drink in there) and they were all pretty sound. As for countries I like Belgium, Hazard is on a different level, think he'll be one of the best players in the world in a couple of seasons.

You get a fee for players who's contracts run out that are under 24 don't you? I might be wrong there but I think its like a compensation fee for training them up and letting them drink loads of ale in The Peacock, in Veliios' case.

This winds me up too, when I play it fucks me off, played in a semi final losing 4-3 all over the other team one of their lads goes down saying he is injured, just wasting time, they kick the ball out I got the lad to throw the ball to me after he made a miraculous recovery ran through and scored, we scored another a couple of minutes later and won. If we would have played on against Arsenal and scored it would stop Arteta doing it in future, he was behaving like a cunt all game on Saturday.

Not sure if anyones mentioned it before because i'm not reeading the whole thread, but The Secret Footballer is a decent book i've recently read, one of my favourite books was the damage done by Warren Fellows, an Aussie drug smuggler who got caught and served 13 years in a Thai jail, I read it in an afternoon, great book.

I'm hoping that we don't sell any of the big players, but the only one we could sell for enough money to buy a couple of players with, and replace, would be Mirallas. (Don't cry Cotto, this isn't an Everton board meeting its just a discussion) We wouldn't get enough money for the likes of Vellios, Kone, Duffy, Naismith, Osman or Hibbert to buy anyone of quality and we'd be left massively short, even though I think we should get rid of all of them once we've got replacements in.

A few people have mentioned in another thread they think we will have to sell before we buy, so... Who would you like to see go first? Who do you think we have to sell to bring in the players Martinez wants? And, How much do you think we will get for them?

We can still qualify for Europe though, we're actually in a good position to qualify for it, I'd understand if we were 10th and the highest we could finish would be 9th but I think most of us would have taken this position were in now with 10 weeks of the season remaining before the season started.

How can you feel shite before every game? We've won most of our games at home, played well and our players are coming back from injury. I always end up sitting next to fans like this at the match an it fucks me off, moaning after 5 minutes cos someone does something wrong, if you're not feeling it before the game then so will the players. We should be confident going into games like this cos they're all winnable.

I'd be happy with him back, he didn't wanna leave in the first place, would be relatively cheap, he's still pretty young, better option than Osman and he's a blue. Most importantly the lads a good player.

Nani was a class act and a match winner a few seasons ago, think it was the first season Bale won player of the year, Nani should have won it hands down but wasn't even nominated cos he's a bit of a cunt. If he could regain anything like that sort of form and work on his attitude, which is doubtful, then he would defnitely be a worthwhile signing. Would cost alot in wages though I could imagine.

Mirallas, Barkley and Lukaku all have greedy sides to them, that's what you want from your goalscorers, but, its knowing when to be greedy and go for goal and when to pass to someone in a better position that the 3 of them have struggled with at times this season, most notably; Lukaku on Saturday when we were 3 v 2 Mirallas v Spurs when he could have slotted Naismith in, Barkley v QPR when he took about 4 players on and had a rash shot at goal instead of playing to someone in a better position. I think it will come with all of them, when it does they will get a few more goals and assists as the season goes on.
