The victim last night of "I am looking to see everything he doesn't do well" was Osman.... seriously. I thought aside from one or two passes that showed rust he was a very mature head on the pitch. When city were upping the tempo he slowed it down, he had us doing some triangles to take the edge off their play.
 
Sure he never dribbled past 4 men, did any defence splitting passes but he showed a clamness about him that made you realise what a good footballer he is. You can bet Martinez will keep him as a coach - thinking footballer.

Lets be honest here. We have scored enough goals to be a solid top four team. The problem is that we have also conceded enough goals to be a bottom three team.
 
We have to stop giving silly goals away. Its not one or two is it - its maybe 10-15 that we shouldn't have conceded.
 
We need a new 'keeper and a Shawcross character at the back. Ratcliffe and Mountfield could play a bit but nobody messed with them as they were both hard as nails. That is what we are missing and until we fix this issue we are just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

completely disagree. With the likes of Silva, Navas, Toure, Sterling, Nasri, he would be fed goals for fun. A leading line of Rom and Aguero together with Silva in behind is the stuff of dreams, or nightmares if you're playing against that!

Martinez has said that Mirallas and Lennon were rested. With them having played so much football recently it was totally understandable . Like I've said elsewhere, I bet neither one starts against Spurs, so it'll be bullshit.

I personally don't think the blame can be totally put on Tim Howard but he is certainly a major contributor and he should have been dropped 18 months ago. We missed a trick not signing a keeper in the summer

Tbf, an angle is never lost to score when the goalkeeper is Tim Howard. He's always capable of jumping out of the way.
