    You have to look at the spurs model. I want us to be like them. The type of team you know that won’t draw at home on your accumulator. They will be bankers pretty much home and away against the “average” teams. That will take time and I’m happy that we will get there under Marco

    Coleman signed a long term deal prior to his injury. He won’t be going anywhere. Nor would I want him to. He will be a proper pro who gives his all till he finishes and he knows as a club what we are about. Granted we need a right back to push him. Anybody that m and m want is good enough for me

    Love that Marco quote sometimes the most expensive players are the cheapest you can buy. If you buy a player for £5-£10 million and he doesn’t play then he is expensive and the opposite is true

    It’s tough to squeeze Bernard out. I think he will come into his own the second half of the season

    Playing him through the centre with his back to goal is making us lose a lot of the qualities he has coming in from the left. We’ve been ok with injuries so far but if we get any we have good variation to put him back on the left.

    We can pay the wages now and he can see the quality we have. If we get him and a fast striker we will be champs league challengers next season no doubt.

    Gomes stood out, always wanting the ball. You can see the full backs are happy to give him the ball even if there’s someone on him as they know he won’t lose the ball. Top quality, we need to sign him straight away. Digne, Bernard were excellent and Charly never stopped
