  1. With all the good news with players fit my starting eleven Howard Coleman Johnny Dystain Baines Drenthe Felli Rodders Peanuts Ossie Strach Subs Jelavic,Mucha,Neville,Vic,Cahill,Maggie,Ross
  2. I was struggling with Gerrard and Ferdinand to be honest. I rate Jones highly and think he is better than Terry ever could be now.
  3. Bit of fun, who do you think could handle themselves in their position? Formation optional current prem then all time. Now: Goalkeeper: Begovic (stoke) Right back : Huth (Stoke) i know he is normally a centre back but they have played him alot at right back Left back: Carragher (shite) Centre backs: Ivanovic (Chelsea), Vermaelan (Arse) Wide men: Walters (Stoke) Seamus (looks a abit dim hard as nails eirosh man!) Centre mid: Cattermole (Sunderland), Frimpong (arse) Forwards: Holt (Norwich) The Count
  4. Obviously Rooneys banned for first few games, but apart from him what would be your starting line up if everybody is fit? Mine: 4-3-3 Hart Walker Jones Ferdinand Cole Gerrard Parker Wilkshire Sturridge Young Defoe
  5. Watched Tinker,Tailor, Soldier, Spy today. I enjoyed it alot, watched the Gaurd last week. Irish comedey with Brendon Gleeson about a small town policeman which was mint

    QPR away

Totally bored without a game this week so thought id start this early lol. Fair to say Qpr are shite so lets hope we go for the win eh? Loftus road is a very narrow pitch so in a perfect world id go 4-4-2 seamus on right and royston behind The count. 0-2 Felli and Strach
  8. If he wants to sign which i doubt, i'd have him in a heartbeat. He is quick and direct but against City first half he was awful. Gave the ball away too much but he worked hard to get it back. He is direct and is unpredicatble. Peanuts on left and Roysten on right Baines and Coleman bombing on? fuckin lets ave it!!!
  9. Dont know how you can slate Pioneer. Granted he didnt score many but that wasnt his game. He was about keeping the football and giving an outlet to his teamates when others went hiding. The Spurs move was a bad one for him i pretty much think he knows he should have stayed. To say he offers less than Kilbane is an inane thing to say but hey ho opinions are like arse holes............
  10. got to agree and he is turd is another factor
  11. well after the great win and two signings i reckon we wont lose a game again this season lol id go for duffy centre half, hibbo full back and 0-2 win the count with a brace
  12. Do you know when you get a really good feeling about a player? Got nothing to back it up but i think as a foreign player coming to the prem the physical side is a major obsticle but i think playing in Scotland has given him that grounding. Obviously the game in England is a lot quicker and he will have to get up to speed but the goals he scores from tap ins to headers to free kicks but ive got a feeling we may have a MAJOR player on our hands
  13. Pioneer is quality, i think certain clubs or styles of play suit players. Peanuts was never going to oust Bale or Lennnon on the wings and unfortunately for him the player most like him is better (Modric) I think he regrets going for an extra £10 grand a week reportedly but he may have felt that he was worth the same money that Arteta was getting and i cant blame him for that. At the time Peanuts was our most effective player and him and Leighton were superb. With him being close to 30 a permanent deal will depend on the money Spurs are asking but they only bought him for £2.5 and maybe they will cut there losses make a quick mill say and they have Saha? Welcome back Peanuts
  14. Really really excited and optimistic for the second half of season. I think Peanuts can play in centre of park until Landon goes giving us some invention and Felli sitting. Then he can move to the left next to Leighton, Drenthe or Maggie on right with either Gibbo,Ossie,or Rodders and eventually Ross in the centre. The count is going to improve game by game and him and Jelavic up front could be the way to go. With Velios and Vic as back up we have got options. Good to see Jose get on last night and with Mcaleny,Garbutt etc waiting in the wings next season lets have it!!!!
  15. It'll never happen but can you imagine if it did? Howard,Coleman,Duffy,Jags,Baines,Felli,Rodders,Barkley,Johnson,Drenthe,Jelavic i'd be happy to watch that team
  16. Or maybe he has just had a phone call off Harry after he got out of court....
  17. Yeah can see Davey being super defensive. would love us to go for it but cant see it. 0-2 methinks
  18. Fuckin made up, i rate this lad. I wanted us to sign him when he was playing for Vienna, took Villa apart. I've got a really good feeling he will score goals for us
  19. Depressed.com 1-1 get beat at Cottage in replay, i predict 28,000 and four fulham fans. Velios late equalizer.
  20. FUCKING Scott Parker, wasted at every club bar Spurs but then again probably would have been with us!!!
  21. i think we all know some players fall out with the managers hierachy etc and i can understand people saying centre half isnt a priority, but my concern is the way Kenwright is going we will still be with him in 5 years time. Onohua is a bargain at 3 mill and every city fan will say the same, we cannot miss out on this lad for that dough, pay him what Bily was getting. If he is asking for daft dough fuck him but i rate him as good as Jags any day of week
  22. I think Moyes has lost that spark that made him one of the brightest young managers in the game. He has fallen in the trap that safety is ok, safety in staying up, safety in playing reliable older players that know the same old formation. I remember when moyes first came we played Newcastle away in league cup in midweek, Rooney was playing and we ended up winning cos he made a fucking great tactical decision think someone got injured and we went 4-3-3 away from home. After years of walter we alll gasped and it paid off we won on pens. I love Davey but he is killing me the way he seems to have gone now, i think Swansea and Norwich have highlighted how easy football actually is, play young hungry players that love the game and pass the ball.Davey needs to do something drastic in the summer or we are going down in the next three years. If they are still here in summer Jags,Jonny,Bily, Timmy,Saha, need to go while we can get good money for them and lets look at youngsters, even domestically i would take, Zaha,Sordell,Chester,Maynard obviously Redmond at Birmingham. If Moyes took that stance i think we would all have something to look forward to.
  23. Just be nice to know we have say 5-6 mill to spend. If we sell Bily we have to buy Onuoha regardless if we need a centre half or not, get him on a five year deal and the look to sell jags and pair him with Duffy. I think we need a fast mobile forward Doumbia at Cska would be my number one choice if we had that type of dough. I wouldnt bother with any prem/scot striker cos there is no value. £7 mill for Hooper? hows that work? would like to take a look at championship Sordell at Watford looks a player
