Who I are the best young players around at the minute? I dont mean like Rooney, Milner etc. I mean young talent at smaller clubs that might make it to a higher level. These are a few i have taken notice of recently: Wickham (Ipswich)- striker Cairney (Hull)- Midfielder - nice left foot. Davis (Rangers)- Centre half. Hines (West Ham)- Forward.

Maybe. Davey might want to keep him for the last year and let his contract run out due to the fact that he cost £2.5 million and weve had our moneys worth. Not my opinion mind.....

The one thing i am hoping for this summer is for Pienaar to sign a new deal. If he doesn't how much should we accept for him with a year left on his contract? I suppose it depends on who comes in for him but i would fully expect Everton to command a fee of at least £12 million. I hope to death he stays but what do you guys think?

Are you mad? wouldn't get near Chelsa's team? He is a better player than cole, Ballack, Mikel hands down. Malouda is outstanding at present but if Pienaar had Drogba or Anelka to supply he would prove just as effective. As for Arsenal he is a better player than Nasri, Walcott, Rosicky by a long shot.

Vagner Love is a player that can play on his own up front and is lively and certainly knows where the goal is for me i think when he played in the europa league he scored goals against top teams aswell as premier league teams. Im not saying he is the be all and end all but as Davey said strikers cost big money and unless we sell a few to make the money up we are reliant on Davey to pull another rabbit.... I think im just sick of seeing us dominating teams but not finishing them. Even just on recent drawn games we would have pissed europe

After watching another game of totally dominating a top premier league team whatever happens this summer we need to spend on a top striker. Our squad is top quality apart from our forwards. Our build up play is phenomonal at times but we havent the quality to finish games and even if you look at even tonights game,Birmingham,Wolves just at a push whats the difference? A centre firework! Davey isnt daft and he knows what we need but Yobo, Yak , Vaughan need to be sacrificed for someone like Vagner Love who has a proven track record. I truly believe thats all were missing.

Pienaar and Arteta for us i think it shows when Mikel was out how bad we were when Peanuts was injured too. Pienaar is so underated its untrue, he would walk into any of the top fours teams.

I think the current crop are the worse we have ever seen. Dean and Dowd love the attention and play up to the camera more than Rennie ever did and i feel Webb has turned into one of those refs who now he has been told he is the "best" he is too scared to make the decisions he should do in big games in fear of losing his mantle. By the way Marriner should be reffereing sunday league football. The man is awful.

When the topic of discussion was opened on Adam Johnson i must admit i thought he was overhyped, too lightweight and not good enough for our beloved club. After watching him play for Man City i feel gutted that i was way off the mark and we have a let a player like him go to there. After all they are the Billionaires club where money is no option and go for the "BIG" signings not a young, british player with the future ahead of him. Those kind of signings should be ours. He has shown already at this stage of Man City career he is far better than the likes of Downing, Young who are competing for an outside world cup slot and for me he should go. £7 million pound looks like a steal and i'm sure like me Davey is kicking himself

Got to be Nevilles last season as a regular next year so hopefully Shamus will be allowed to compete/learn from him next year with a view to be a first team regular by the time he is 22/23. The boy looks like he might be a superstar.

I think we are doing a disservice to the invetiable Davey loan signing again this season. Ben Arfa would be lovely. Top striker is definately a priority though, take a gamble on Kalanic(Blackburn) or a loan with option to buy
