Are you mad? When peanuts was out injured we couldn't win a game and we played fucking awful football. We had no enterprise and nobody wanted the ball and could'nt create anything!! Do you think it is coincedence since he has come back we are winning games again and looking like a proper team? The guy is totally underated and would piss on the Nasri's and Rosickys of this world who cost £10 million plus. He would walk into any team in the Prem top four and we need to pay him the going rate! I didn't think he said anyting bad to be honest and if we offered him what Mikky,Saha, Jonny and Tim are on i'm sure he would sign in a heartbeat to secure his future.

True, i just think with the emergence of Coleman and Rodwell coming along the way he has and with the injured players hopefully staying fit i wouldn't be too concerned if we had a quiet summer.If we tie Peanuts up to a new deal that would do for me to be honest. Just been thinking, for next season if we keep everybody fit and add a couple of free transfers/loans we wont have to spend much and we will have the younger players pushing the squad we will have the largest/best squad i've ever seen at the blues. I think we make Landon our one "marquee" signing and add Ledley,Senderos, beckford and the new goalie as freebies we will have a squad to match certainly Spurs, Villa, the shite, and in my humble opinion City as they stand now. I didnt think he played very well last night. He is definately and unpolished diamond. No doubt he knows were the goal is ans is touch isnt too bad but i think his link play and movement is below premier league standard. But if anyone can polish a turd its Davey. (No offence Jermaine)

What wound me up was that they were implying they are a superior passing and attractive footballing team than ourselves which is completely absurd. Most of the time they go long from the back and completley miss out their midfield looking for Torres etc. Yes i agree we do play hoofball to much for my liking but thats mainly when Distin or Neville are on the ball in areas where they are not comfortable enough to bring the ball out or make a more difficult pass.

I went on the shites forum last nite to see what they were saying about us. For some peverse reason i like getting wound up about what them horrible lot have to say and how great they think they are. They all think its gonna be a walk over and how ere a long ball team with no football being played in the midfield ( I know i know). Got to agree, Baines and Peanuts play nice one twos etc and pioneer gets well fed however, Neville just gives the standard ball down the line, doesnt overlap and most of the time misses Landon out altogether and plays it long. Coleman playing there would free up an awful lot of space for Landon to exploit.
