Very true. I don’t give players shit for what they do in their personal life’s, but I give them plenty when they aren’t playing well.

I personally don’t stand in judgement because I have done a lot worse, even when older and so say wiser than him, so that would make me hypocrite and that wouldn’t sit well with me. He has a multitude of support a round him to give him a good advice when needed and also to reprimand him when required.
