  1. I think it'd be unfair to take it off Yobo after the way he's played since taking the captaincy. I agree about Osman though.
  2. Not good http://www.therams.co.uk/news/Injured-Vaughan-returns-Everton/article-1389689-detail/article.html
  3. He's had one good game and two very poor games (it's worth noting that in those two games pretty much the whole side were poor though), so I'd say he's been OK but needs to improve a lot to live up to expectations.
  4. There are valid arguments for both sides Mike. I understand the BK supporters, even if I don't agree with them, and I also understand the people who want BK gone because he's taken us as far as he can (because I'm one of them). I also think the questions put to BK about selling the club were very relevent and his response was a joke - looking for investment 24/7 and he comes up with nothing when other clubs are being bought 2 or 3 times? There's something wrong there Mike. Again, there are arguments for both sides in terms of buying the club. You have the joke takeovers like Portsmouth and Newcastle, which go to crap, and then you have clubs like Villa, City, Chelsea etc to say it's a good thing.
  5. Why would you play Heitinga or Neill at LB when both of them are RB's or CB's predominently?
  6. "Kenwright is always willing to have a dialogue." - Is he? "I'm bored of your question. I'm not going to answer your question" really does suggest otherwise. Interesting timing after the article that was published yesterday.

  9. Well, nothing more needed to be said about Osman last night.
  10. Given the side we put out it was good to get the victory, but I fail to see why they couldn't do the simple things - i.e. pass the ball, keep hold of the ball etc - they're professional footballers for gods sake. Very disappointed with the performance but it's another victory. Howard - They had a lot of the ball but he barely had a thing to do all night. Gosling - I felt sorry for him because he was left entirely on his own all game, but he still had a mare all by himself and I see absolutely nothing in his game to suggest he'll ever be more than a bit part player for us. Hibbert - He did himself and the team proud last night. I give him stick week in, week out but I was very impressed with his performance. He was comfortably our best defender, and when you consider Distin was part of that defence it's saying a lot for how Tony played. My MOTM. Distin - I thought he was OK, nothing more. He makes me nervous with the amount of time he wants on the ball tbh. Baines - Not a bad game from Baines, although, I can't remember much about his performance if I'm honest - must mean he didn't do anything wrong though. Cahill - He may have scored but I was so disappointed in Cahill. He was one of our most senior players out there and he hung Gosling out to dry, and his all round play was abysmal. Osman - Fucking useless. Fellaini - Started the game well and then totally disappeared until around the 75th minute, it pissed me right off. Bily - He showed some nice touches and he got another assist but he badly needs to inject some speed into his play; he's playing at a snails pace right now. Jo - Poor game from Jo; he was very, very sloppy and wasteful when in posession. I also wish he'd stop clapping the hoof balls that are meant for him but go about 10 yards too far ahead of him, get angry about it Jo! Yakubu - He looked very rusty and off the pace but that's only to be expected. It's another 68 minutes under his belt at the end of the day.
  11. He was absolutely shite last night, he'd been OK before that.
  12. Yeah, it's on ESPN - programme starts at 5:30.

  14. Someone has posted on Kipper that Yobo is out too and Hibbert will play CB with Gosling at RB. Oh fuck. At least he'll have reason to be in the centre now instead of drifting in and leaving our right side completely exposed.
  15. You know it's going down the pan when they bring back ageing wrestlers.
  16. I think the only way we're going to score is from a set-piece because there will be no creativity in that side. Not looking forward to watching us lump the ball up for 90 minutes .
  17. http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/30092009/63/rodwell-european-clash.html According to that there's no Rodwell either .
  18. Yak and Saha are different types of strikers though. Saha is a striker that can create his own goals, but the Yak needs feeding (hence the song). Saha is going to graft because he's an energetic striker, Yak is not and never will be. As has been said; Moyes knew what he was buying and that was a goalscorer not a work horse; we have enough of them in the side to compensate for the Yak, especially if he has the type of striker that Saha is next to him.
  19. Yeah, I seen the interview on EvertonTV. He also said Jags has been doing ballwork and Coleman's career could have been ended by that infected blister!
  20. http://www.nsno.co.uk/news-5271.html FFS, not all our players need to run around like headless chicken, some of them have proper quality.
