    I think he can. Only saying this as Klopp mention he was unlikely to start their new signings indicating he could if he wanted.

    I think this deal shows that we have finally learnt from our previous mistakes. Also this type of deal is probably only able to have been done on deadline day as prior to this it wouldn’t of been accepted by club or player.

    I think you have me confused with someone else. I hadn’t mentioned Tom and am not a Siggy fan in the slightest. My comments were purely about last seasons feeling even worse than yesterday’s shambles.

    It wasn’t pretty but with our worst midfield it would have been 3 points. It’s all ifs and buts but the fact was the only goal they scored was a JP howler.

    I see a lot of comments about being happy with a point. I would agree in normal circumstances but when their goal is a routine save I’m not happy at all with that point.

    I just think he’ll always have that in him to make mistakes that will cost the team points, league places and maybe trophies. Maybe Carlo was waiting for that to make a more permanent switch.

    Delph training and Delph playing are two very different things.

    We're 7th and I don’t think anyone would suggest he would waltz in but he’s an option we currently don’t have. We are short on strikers and therefore either by injury, rotation or for 20 mins at the end could make a difference. I think this is still some way off though.
