  1. Their reaction is nowhere near just (that said even if the decisions were wrong). Imagine what they'd do if they had decisions like us against Newcastle. They moan that right decisions that a ref could make a mistake and give it their way is an abomination. The same fans who clap and cheer Suarez after diving to try and con the referee.
  2. No worries, Nevs here until he's forty. Moyes loves him I think Hibbert still has another year, and then it depends on Coleman. I'd rather see if Coleman can cut it, than bring in a replacement just yet.
  3. No one has a minority as big, blind and fickle as them, and it's starting to border on the majority. Judging from my facebook, all of them are idiots blaming the ref and crying they were robbed
  4. Sounds like a Spanish villainous laugh dja dje dje Do we really need another right back?

The U21's are playing tonight with Garbutt, Duffy, and Vellios. Junior is not included, I'd guess he may feature in this game.
  6. Go on sale today to ForEverton members. There is an OAP ticket on Stubhub selling his ticket for £24. Nice to see fans not exploiting each other. Pat on the back to the kind sir.
  7. Seen the one to his son. Absolutely disgusting. https://www.facebook...&type=1 Daily Mail http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2207604/Mark-Halsey-suffers-sick-abuse-Twitter.html?ITO=1490&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
  8. No single formation/tactics/selection is perfect for 38 games, plus Swansea could have easily scored 3 goals so even in that 3-0 and we played them off the park Moyes will address that and rightly so. Yes, we've had a good start, but there is always room for improvement.
  9. I got 45, but counted a few you knews.
  10. Good on Mark Lawrenson for trying to ease a bit of pressure off the ref, but with the kopites being blind they're now abusing him. Halsey and his family are apparently getting threats from Liverpool fans.

Howard Coleman Duffy Distin Garbutt Naismith Junior* Fellaini Pienaar Vellios Mirallas *if fit. Enough experience to beat Leeds, as well as the opportunity to blood a few players in. HT subs: Osman for Felli, Oviedo for Pienaar, Vic or McAleny on for Vellios or Mirallas.
  12. Just about to reply to that, but you've beat me to it. Regarding Felli he is unplayable in spells behind the striker, although WBA had the better of him (ref didn't help). Sacrificing him for Mirallas is less of a jump than the improvement from Neville to Fellaini as it's his defensive ability that really excels. If Felli moved back there it would greatly improve the stability of the midfield and give us more control over the game until Gibson is fit and we can afford the luxury to play Fellaini further forward. In an ideal world we would clone him and have a team of Fellainis. To play 442 you need a really great central players as they have to do the work of an extra man otherwise risk being over run, and Fellaini is good enough to do the job. Having a ball playing cb also helps to implement a great 442. Plus Vic and Mirallas would be a handful for any defence, think Heskey and Owen a decade ago for England v Germany. To keep on topic Neville should focus on his badges. Ideally we would have loaned out Coleman and kept Neville as a back-up RB, but with Coleman staying I don't see the point in keeping Neville on as a player. There's a long list of players I'd rather see in the middle before Nev, although to his credit he wasn't the worst Everton player against Swansea.
  13. Always remember the start of the derby (the one Gary Mc scored in the final minute with that dodgy free kick), during the minute silence for Hillsborough and Liverpool fans were making noise. An Everton fan shouted across for them to shut up, and then the media and kopites slated us for disturbing the minutes silence. Similar situation happened after there was chanting about Carsley's and Gerrards children.
  14. Oooookaay I left you to wank over your wit y'day, but it seems you can't leave it... as I have (shockingly I know, but you don't pick up on subtlety. So I'm not surprised), look back at our last disagreements and then wipe the smeg off your face. You're a grown man, look past a user name and take part in the discussions.
  15. I've flipped on my own mates during a game for doing it. I've seen legs broken by them as well. You can understand at amateur level, but a pro should know better as it's nowhere near 50-50. The only Everton player I can think of who has done similar is Pienaar and I moan about him all the time.
  16. You have a split second to react. Your protective instincts react to the situation, if you had time to think you'd jump, but you don't get that luxury.
  17. Sounds like it, can't make out what they're chanting.
  18. Fellaini done it against Kyrgiakos. If you're in danger and can't avoid it, there is little else you can do.
  19. Shelvey was never going to win that ball, otherwise I'd understand the argument. He's miles away and got carried away in the moment and made a brainless challenge. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8Hft2r6zR8
  20. It's instinctive, Shelvey has flew at him unexpectedly. I don't get your point, Evans has reacted naturally, if Shelvey had tried to punch him Evans would have raised his arms, but he's gone for his legs so Evans has moved his legs.
  21. It's Evans ball. If Shelvey was close enough to make a fair challenge they'd be an argument, but he's lost the ball, it's miles from him so he's lunged in like an idiot. A better player would have stayed on their feet an excepted they had lost the ball.
  22. Shelvey had lost control and leaps in, Evans reacts instinctively to protect himself. Don't know anyone can defend Shelvey.
  23. Fellaini, and swap to a 442 with Mirallas up top.
  24. Watch it in real time, the agressor is Shelvey. Evans is protecting himself.
