    It was 30 million euros, not pounds. He was also 22 or 23 at the time which makes a difference.

    Theres no way they will pay 20 million. If we got 16 to 18 that would be pretty good and you'd have to take it. Hopefully with Martinez's new playing style we wont be so reliant on baines to create almost everything and it will work out alright.

    Ramsey will not make it in to the player I'd hope he was going to be, gutted for him really but 24-25 mill cash only please.

    I really wish someone would just buy him. We need the money pretty bad and id rather see him go than baines. Pretty sick of hearing about it though.

    If we got him for 5 mill and on reasonable wages I think he'd be a good signing. Even though he's aging I reckon he could potentially have 3 solid seasons at Everton. Jelavic and Anichebe didn't produce enough goals last season and if Martinez thinks this guy will, we've gotta trust him I guess.

    Don't think he's played for the first team but he has certainly been called into the senior squad in the past, he deserves his chance imo if not then sell him

    Pleased as you like - it seems we are signing the type of player we are crying out for, a midfield dynamo. We badly need a physical mobile box to box prescence.
     
    Love signing these relatively unknown but young international players - when you look at some of the top drawer players in the past - viera, henry, RVP, fabregas, nasri, cliche, they have all come with a bit of reputation but then really blossom - fingers crossed.
