  1. trouble is they dont see poor performance. They see record deals set which offered a quick answer (which theyve achieved), record turnovers, hoping on the pitch performances would keep them in Europe and theyd have time for a long term plan. Team didnt deliver, theyre also partly (small part I'll grant you) to blame for financial predicament.
  2. I know its unlikely, but its possible. Its also possible noone wants the job and even if we bring someone in, we dont know if they'll be better or worse.
  3. fair point but what if there isnt anyone available? would the BU guys be happy spending more money on more business men if they were? Also, we as fans dont go stomping our feet through the streets saying "Bily out" (see what I did there?) or to change the team selection. We can complain/debate/etc as much as we like, but we wouldnt protest so I dont see it as the same thing.
  4. fair enough. But, if the board dont want to answer, its up to them. We both know where we stand, lets leave it at that
  5. but you cant run a business like that. Letting out too much communication can threaten more than help. Also, Im not confident the BU or supporters in general would be able to do anything with information given! What sale of Baines? Theres a contract on the table to be signed? Speculation for now.
  6. alright, chill! Just asking the question! Infinitely worse because they have no idea of how a business is run (if they do theyre doing a damn good job of hiding it). I think we agree - good intentions with shocking implementation due to lack of knowledge / brains.
  7. exactly my point. Im sure the current board are also looking into getting investment based on a long term plan. Just because they dont share business sensitive material doesnt mean it isnt happening!
  8. http://www.someecards.com/ brilliant fun
  9. Thought that was defence if someone attacks you with a bushel of blueberries?
  10. partly yes, but a large part is how this board has put the club into financial difficulties. when I pointed out that the owners/boards at these other clubs that are shown as "this is what money can achieve", they fail to show how bad the finances are there too. Its just not balanced, again.
  11. In as good a mood as usual mate? Id take Sinclair, depending on the cost
  12. Same could be said for Everton, I only point it out because their arguments are focused on off pitch performance
  13. So close... They actually started sounding reasonable, then they descend into their childish bitching and moaning.... Nevermind City made massssssive losses (-197m) , nevermind Utd are carrying huuuuuge debts (471m), Chelsea lost 68m, Liverpool lost 49m..... And as Louis says, what is the point?
  14. Germany, Holland, GB and Brazil at a guess
  15. Errr.... Though Felli was. Article is bull in my opinion. Id happily let him go but there would be the loss of Aussie/Eastern interest which would impact sales somewhat, though not sure how much. Not to mention the impact on the kids coming through and the team in general. I'd like him to stay on as a coach to be honest, or come back after a final payday.
