Baines isnt going anywhere. Overall i think we're looking very promising especially attacking wise, definitely the strongest we've looked in a while. Personally i would still like another Winger and maybe another CM as injury to more than 1 of Osman,Fell or Gibson and we would be looking quite short, but i'd be quite happy if Mirallas was our last signing and we go into the season as we stand now.

Some sunderland fans are actually quite happy with Saha ( http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=722464 ) i think we squeezed what little he had left to give. Then again he did okay at Spurs, Be interesting to see how he does.

People have mentioned him as a possibility coming the other way because a) he has pace b ) isnt playing enough at city and c) We are crying out for a winger! I personally think he would be a good addition, not afraid to run at defenders, has a lot of pace, has a trick in him. Just don't think City will let him go on the cheap. Reminds me a bit of Drenthe actually... just not as cuntish.

I hope Adam Johnson has some involvement in the deal, Johnson + £12-15m would be good Business i think. But i agree its good to sell him now while there is a lot of hype surrounding him, personally i think he has kind of hit a brick wall in his development and probably wont be as good as most of us expected, but i wish him luck, sad to see him go but the money will definitely help us move forward.

Yeah i know. I was in the year below him at school, i thought he had been released though. Think my english teacher told me once he was doing teacher training as a back up career, but this could be a great alternative for him if true, wish him well
