Best pundit on tv for a while ?

A guy who knows the game, and knows how to give credit where credit is due, be it City, Everton, or other.

I think he would make an excellent assistant manager for us.

    I agree with Bailey.

I thought the guy looked a footballer. Our defence were outstanding yesterday though, and little got through. I've heard folk talking about Jags, but Distin was equally impressive, and Hibbert showed why he is one of the best defensive Right Backs in the game, smothering out much of their attack on his flank.

I have both a cat and a dog.

The dog is much more affectionate, and in need of attention, and the cat is much more private and secretive.

Both have wonderful points. Until you have owned a cat you won't know just how incredible they are as animals, and until you have owned a dog you won't have experienced unconditional love. Both kick ass in my opinion.

And so the transition from praying to doubting began, and the Lord looked down and shook his head, and he saw that it was Everton fans, and he looked upon them and shouted "Wait and flaming see thou scare mongering muppets !" and they were calmed, and positive once more, safe in the knowledge that Hibbo was gonna bag a brace on Monday.

In the league last season he received 4 yellow cards and one red (a result of 2 yellows) and even Redknapp felt the sending off was harsh against Spurs, so not sure why some folk feel he is a dirty player.

Compare Fellaini's record a few seasons ago whilst adjusting to the Premiership, and even last year Baines was carded 7 times.

We all hate dirty players, as long as they're playing against us, but cast our minds back to some of the bruisers we've had at Everton, and they were all heroes lol.

Our own Duncan Ferguson had more red cards than any other Premiership player with 8 reds. Heck, even Southall was sent off twice. Weir, Unsworth ? Not to mention some of the harder midfielders such as Graveson and Carsley, who neither feared getting stuck in?

All part and parcel of being a midfielder......................................... and err ....................................... Scottish

    Why would Fellaini go ?

Isn't he the appeal for Mirallas coming? Surely they will have corresponded with each other as to their immediate futures? I really can't see Mirallas signing, and Fellaini leaving. If Mirallas doesn't sign, then yes, worry about Fellaini.

We don't have to buy to replace. Football, especially top flight football and our aspirations towards achieving it is about having a squad, and not just about having a first eleven.

I also think that the deal with Rodwell was well organised, hence the low profile, and that Moyes will already have players ready to come in, as opposed to selling, and then researching the market. I'll be surprised if we don't see at least 2 or 3 more faces added before the window closes.

    Not quite.

An able bodied / minded person has the ability and opportunity to take action regarding suicide, be their efforts successful or not, but those trapped in bodies and minds that are not functioning properly are unable to take matters into their own hands, and therefore don't have the means to carry out their own wishes.

One man can walk to a cliff edge and make a decision on his future, while another would need to be assisted, therefore not having the same freedom to choose and take independant action. The underlying factor is not that the man can't choose to end life, but that he can't act upon that choice without assistance, and therefore does not have equal opportunity as a result.

A free bird can fly away, but one trapped in a cage is going nowhere unless the door is opened by another.
