  1. We've had 2 shots hit the target in 2 and a half games of football. I'd say it's unbelievable but it isn't.
  2. Only Bournemouth have had less of the ball than us this season, 2nd most long balls, 3rd least shots on target, 4th least amount played in the opposition third. I watch us week in week out, we might as well have allerdyce managing us the football is fucking awful.
  3. Needs to have a word with himself. We bring this on to us week in week out with a negative approach.
  4. There was contact in his back, they're given, but never ever for us.
  5. Or anyone for that matter. Such a selfish player, not really what we need right now.
  6. How many times has anyone seen a forward make a run this match? I count one, offside. How many times has everyone witnessed us get into a good position for the ball to end up back to the centre halves, for them to launch it upfield to fucking nobody. I lost count of that. Tin pot football.
  7. How come sky are acting like there aren't just 5 points between the two teams
  8. Tired of it. Haven't enjoyed watching us play in years. I don't even know why I do anymore I get zero pleasure out of this football club.
  9. Still relegation fodder. Fuck all has changed.
  10. Gray brings fuck all to the squad. Gets us up the field and does sweet fuck all with it week in week out. McNeil, not sure how patient I need to be but I've seen fuck all so far from him. We came into the game fucking terrified of spurs. Got two lucky chances and didn't take them. I don't think we've had a shot in the second half it's embarrassing. This "great defensive" record is a myth. When you look at our xGA we're far outperforming where we should be. Couple that with the inability to score goals and it indicates where we going to be by Christmas. Dom needs to hit the ground running or we're in trouble this season.
  11. Should be Infront in this game. These are the chances we miss and we usually end up regretting it. Really disappointed with both Onana's and Gray's efforts. It's actually baffling how poor Gray's finishing is Considering his talent.
  12. Nope definitely won't, I think I recall him holding back against Watford when he scored against them for us. That being said, I hope we get him in full on sulk mode today and aren't hesitant to go in hard on him (I know Coady and Tarks won't be).
  13. Yep. Completely avoidable, Iwobi deciding to do stepovers in the centre of midfield for no apparent reason is utterly ridiculous.
  14. Second time Gana has cost us a goal in as many games. Really not good enough.
  15. They don't normally change fixture times completely to accommodate such games though. At least I don't have to wait until Monday night to watch us!
  16. McNeil makes way for Gordon, Dom on the bench.
  17. Haven't read through so not sure if this has already been mentioned, but what's with the 7pm kick off on a Sunday? Don't think I've ever seen that
  18. Fucking hell where does time go?
  19. Think that may have been the reason for him being brought to the club. He is a decent crosser of the ball.
  20. They're a fragile team I'm not overly worried about. They now have a lot of pressure on them to win the game and definitely won't want to lose. They also have a midweek game which will swing in our favour. If we can get 3 points it'll be a huge for us.
  21. Wonder how long it is since we've been able to say that. Any guesses? Under Carlo I suspect.
  22. To be fair to him all of our forwards were poor for the last half an hour or so. It was very difficult for him and frustrating to watch all of them on the ball.
  23. I went for Pickford but in retrospect I should have gone for Coady as there wasn't much in it and I forgot he scored the opener.
  24. The referee was fucking abysmal today what a shameful display. That being said 3 points on the road is a rarity for us so I'm happy overall, despite not a very good performance.
  25. In all fairness you can't fault ancelotti as a manager or put him in the same breath as Lampard. But that being said, he's definitely improved more than any player I've ever seen before. If I remember correctly, his performances when he started to improve were all around work rate more than anything. He was chasing absolutely everything down and busting a gut for 90 minutes every game. Maybe his tenacity to get the fans behind him is another reason his confidence has improved so much.
