    Those questioning Stones defending missed his countless last ditch tackles and blocks. Really, today he was good. Yes his one mistake led to a goal, but he's a kid. He will learn, and today he stood up. Loved his performance today.

    Pete0 pete0 come on. He worked harder than usual but didn't do his job. How can he possibly be MoM? It was like putting g a good midfielder up front...can work hard and hold the ball, but can't finish. He played well though.

    But he's not...he started the other day and wasn't all that good was he to be fair. The lads gave it everything today. Fuck the manager. Celebrate the team trying thier best. I feel sick. But there is part of me that feels they did all they could second half.

    Barkley hasn't been that bad. He jas been involved in pretty much everything we have done. Ok he isn't knocking in screamers but he is calm on the ball and always looking.

    Ye I don't think it should save Martinez, but if I had to choose between the two I'm taking the cup. You never know it could buy him a year that may change his perspective a bit. Worst case we sack him January still. Trust me, winning a cup can't be a negative.

    Me too. Win or resign tomorrow. I don't have any hate or malice to him and I don't think he's an idiot. He is clearly not. I even think he could he a good manager with another season. I just can't risk it with us. We need a change now or we may struggle again next year.
