  1. Lol, don't even think about it... "Former Manchester City, Blackburn Rovers, Fulham and QPR boss Mark Hughes, 49, who played for Everton between 2000 and 2002, refused to rule himself out of the running to replace Moyes. "It's not happened yet but it's obvious if one manager leaves there is an opportunity for other managers who are currently out of work, which includes myself," he told Sky Sports News. "[Everton] is a great club, a club I had the fortune to play for and I really enjoyed my time there. "It's an opportunity for somebody and I back myself for most jobs in the Premier League."
  2. Is this sarcasm? I can't tell. You're saying it as if it's an entirely new concept
  3. Paddy Power ‏@paddypower4h RT @MB77_1988 Everton have apparently called an EGM. Looks like you boys could be right on the Moyes front..
  4. I wouldn't trust anything that joke of a chairman says. Anyone else see "the 4 year plan" on tv a while back? The club is run by absolute jokers, I'm surprised Harry hasn't been sacked yet tbh...

    Fulham

Didn't realise we were such a bogey team for them... Everton have never lost at home to Fulham in a league fixture (W20, D4). They have won the last 19 meetings at Goodison Park, the longest ever top-flight winning run against a particular club at the same stadium. Fulham's last point at Everton came in a goalless draw in September 1959. They have twice beaten Everton at Goodison Park, both times in the FA Cup fifth round - in 1948 and 1975. It's in the bag!
  6. Tottenham just came back to win against City
  7. Are people just ruling out fellaini because of what happened last time, or have I forgotten/missed something obvious? Is he banned for collective yellows or something?
  8. Why are people answering seriously? Don't feed the troll...
  9. I would cash in on him while his stock is high, rather that than lose him at the end of his contract. As good as he is, he doesn't make the team. We got some pretty good results without him when he missed a few matches earlier on in the season.
  10. Or... we could sell big then replace with Lamaprd for free
  11. Not sure how true this is... http://www.tribalfootball.com/articles/sheffield-wednesday-go-everton-striker-vellios-3795891?utm_source=main_feed
  12. Cos they're going down right?
  13. Where were the couple of loan signings we were supposed to be looking at? Moyes usually loves his loans...
  14. This article from a week ago says they wouldn't sell without loaning him back to Barnsley. Wonder if that will crop up in the next half hour... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21144000
  15. I know you've already stated that you know anyone can edit Wikipedia, so I'm confused as to why you keep mentioning it DK. Just ignore anything it says regarding football transfers
  16. Yep. Next! Spanish football writer Andy West: "Atletico Madrid and Sevilla have named their teams for tonight's Copa del Rey semi-final."Alvaro Negredo is included in the Sevilla line-up, so that kills off any lingering hopes of Everton fans that the Spain international will be heading to Goodison before midnight. Unless he's planning on taking his medical and negotiating terms during the half-time interval...
  17. Gone to Blackburn on a free transfer: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21265189 Thought he looked promising. Looks like we get a cut of his sell-on fee though
  18. Cheltenham players moaning about the ref: "He was calling them all by nicknames and referring to us by numbers, maybe he got carried away with the situation." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20944553
  19. How come we had 3 people over 21 in the under 21 game v Norwich? I guess that's allowed but just seems a bit strange...
