Michael Bradley

He's apparently signing for Toronto in MLS which is quite surprising.

Very disappointing for Americans... Well, it's nice to see top USA players in our own league, however I'd rather see them play in Europe, especially at the prime of their careers. Bradley is a good, underrated player with a great passing range. Oh well, maybe Toronto won't be awful for once.

Klinsmann sounds disappointed but resigned about the situation: "When a player decides to come back from Europe because [the] offer is just so exceptionally good that he wants to combine other things with it and help also the league to grow, as a national team coach you accept that and help the player to make the best out of it."

I think some of you are being a little harsh on him. As a Galaxy fan, this is a different situation than Donovan's where he never really proved himself in Europe (apart from the pair of successful loan spells here for us). Bradley had been abroad now for somewhere between 6-10 years. He was also successful in every stop along the way. While his lack of ambition may be questioned, this is a good move for the MLS in the sense that they have the US's best players in it and is showing growth.
