Ian C
Typical, we finally get a centre-forward with a left foot, and the best chance in the match needs a composed right foot.

Guest efctaxi
Missed the first 25 minutes , but finally got a link . Everton look to be playing extremely well . From the 20 minutes I've seen , Jo seems to be getting into decent areas and making a nuicance of himself at least . Thought he might have done a few somersaults on the way to hitting the deck lol Overall looking good , and hope to get another before legs get tired and injuries occur . Ian C
My HT Ratings: HOWARD: 7 - Not much to do, a poor clearance or two but great punch at the whistle BAINES: 9 - Brilliant, absolutely brilliant, running up and down the flanks like Roberto Carlos and some great linking with Ossie LESCOTT: 8 - Great recovery play and strength against the one on one JAGS: 8 - Solid at the back, good movement on all our corners culminating in hitting the bar HIBBERT: 8 - Solid at the back, good link up with the Goose NEVILLE: 7.5 - Solid, composed, good performance ARTETA: 9 - Some great runs, touches and passes and a neat penalty OSMAN: 9 - Great link up on the left, some great chances, unlucky not to have one CAHILL: 8 - Great open play, but how the hell did he miss? GOSLING: 8 - Could be accused of holding on to the ball too long, but gthat'll come with experience. Great engine and some good runs. JO: 8.5 - Great link up and playing back to goal, some miss touches and passes but I'll put that down to lack of match practice. Good running and got the penalty. LexKing
Great perfomance first half. Well we coud got couple goals more, but happily we got that one. Ill think Jo were good and looked hes not even at hes best yet. He can pass, he can run and he has good work rate so far. Hopefully he will use one chance next half and will rightaway release pressures off. Overally we were dominating whole half there and we need to keep it like that on next half aswell. And put that fukin ball on the net also GJ LADS. COYB
MikeO
Need to keep their foot on the gas and get the second goal asap. Hate having that much control and being only 1-0 up. Impressive half....the players must feel like they're up against Hartlepool after their last five games . Just glad they seem to be up for it.
