Bailey
Was it me or did anyone else think that Osman again went missing being on the wing? Unfortunately in the big games he tends to. Whether its because he plays out wide, or whether the better players work him out better Im not sure, but for whatever reason it doesnt seem to happen for him. Edit - with regards to big games, I mean against the teams in the upper echelons. If we needed to beat a lesser team, he would be pulling 90% of the strings. c1982
Was it me or did anyone else think that Osman again went missing being on the wing? We all know he's very inconsistent out wide and plays best in the middle - Drenthe must be on the left vs the Shite with Osman playing off the 'forward'. However important Cahill is for us his injury could be important in the fact that Saha or Velios may play with Osman off them and Rodwell and Felli can resume their deep-lying partnership and we can play with natural width in Drenthe and Coleman. I believe Cahill or Osman should be in the team although totally different players they play best in the same position.
Hafnia
why is moyes playing someone with great ability as a playmaker on the left? Osman has proved time and time again that he is a central player, he played in the middle against United and ran the show.

I think its probably down to the fact that the better teams know he is our only creative player and so mark him accordingly
