Sad to say the initial reason for following them was because of Shrek (Rooney)... At the time I was young enough to be caught up in all the hype of the teenage wonder that was Rooney and had never had a favourite team. But even when he left for Man U the blue virus had spread and there was no turning back. Once you go blue you never... huh? Ha ha Kind of odd because I've never even been to Goodison let alone Liverpool... One day though. As much as I'd love to see a new stadium I'd love for Goodsion to remain for my own selfish reason for visitng it one day. Anyway, looking forward to all the toffee talk to come! I didn't really care for him very much but was a bonus because I remember scanning the Everton roster for the first time and seeing a Canadian on the roster.
