I agree it's ridiculous that they spend more time talking about it than they do playing it (plus interminable ads). Guess Americans are like children; short attention span . Paddock Posted February 6, 2015 Report Share Posted February 6, 2015 (edited) I love American Football, sadly my choice of sports teams to support means I rarely get to see them win anything. The Dolphins haven't made the play offs for ever. Still wouldn't change supporting them though. Ny boys started taking a real interest in it, he's been and bought Madden 15 out of his savings and watches it avidly on TV I struggle to tell him the plays and formations though. I understand the riles as good as any avid American who has it as his first sport but I'm clueless when they set up formations such as the shotgun pocket blitz and stuff. I get it's the way they line up and formation type of play etc but I don't understand why they do them at any particular given time.
