robin.jones
Simple question I think the beanpole would score goals for us in our obsession to play long ball.
Blue4Ever
Yer would be a good signing, still think when we get a few midfielders Yakubu will turn it on tho.
robin.jones
I agree about midfield just saw a report with rafa saying he is not for sale and thought it's amazing how little he play's him when you consider the worlcup he had. Blue 250
Crouch would be wanted by loads of clubs, not very old yet he can get better. I'd have no problem with Everton buying him.
scouse
would have prefered him to Yak
Romey 1878
I wouldn't want him, I'm sick of the long ball as it is. It would be as bad as having Dunc back. No thanks.
aaron
I'd defo have him for the right price

I know what you mean there haha, Crouch likes the ball to his feet tho so it would be pointless playing long balls to him.
CraccerC
would you take emile heskey or cristiano ronaldo for the right price, maybe leo messi?
jamiemaher85
wouldn't want him here with the current squad, he's not really a aeiral threat either. stupid topic
BlueBri
No, no, no, no no to all of the above. We are in the position that we should be looking for cheaper young talent than inflated prices in the premiership. Crouch does well because he gets good service which we could not give him without spending big bucks, which we wouldn't have if we bought him. As for Heskey, why would we want another lazy striker, we have Yak who has a much better record. And Cristiano Ronaldo, I am sorry, he could be named the world player of the year and everyone on the planet could think the sun shines out of his arse and I would still hate the twat. Would make me physically sick if he put on a Royal Blue shirt. Does not deserve to play for us, dirty, cheating, one trick, arrogant, spoiled, jumped up,, cocky, 'does my bum look big in this?' twat!! jamiemaher85
You wouldn't want Ronaldo to play for us????? Fair enough he's a twat but with that amount of skill who gives a fuck, he's one of those players who you hate to see play against you but if he plays for you then you'd adore him. To say that you wouldn't want him becasue he's a prima donna is short sighted, if he didnt have the skills to back up his attitiude then fair enough- but he does

Even the sight of him makes my skin crawl. Just as well that this could only ever be hyperthetical as we would never be able to afford his wagws, his fee or even the cost of his hair wax. jamiemaher85
true true. I felt this way when we got Ginola (oops, i threw up in my mouth a little bit then) arrogant without the talent to back it up- in his prime he was good, but he never even scratched the surface of greatness. what a twit
Josh Berno
Fuck off I wouldnt take the lanky bastard if he was the last stricker on Earth. If he brok his leg wed have to put him down .
Dodge
crouch is too one-dimensional of a striker which is the the reason he isnt scoring goals for the scums and he also gives away too many fouls. id prefer huntelaar than daddy long legs
StevO
we couldnt afford huntelaar
Blue4Ever
we couldnt afford huntelaar I think we could have got Huntelaar for less than we did with Yak, and I would have preferred him aswell he's a quality striker him.
StevO
so many big clubs have been linked with him, i think we would have struggled
Blue4Ever
Well no1 has signed him so we probably could have had him, imo he would have jumped on the chance to come to the premiership.
SimonButtle
the sum of £14m was being thrown round for huntelaar during the summer, but nobody took him, they reckon he'll go to chelski now coz of that ten cate bloke.
