At least it's one part of the game I wouldn't mind seeing MORE money thrown into.

I've heard great things about Balanta, but he's already being linked to Barcelona so we probably don't have a hope in hell of getting him.

He's only started 1 in the last 5 prem games for spurs since Sandro's return to the team and even in that start he was subbed at half-time. I would imagine that Tottenham would want to keep him though.

Not sure who to give it too tbh. Barkley was eye catching, but also lacked that bit of end product at times. Lukaku got 2 goals, but didn't do much else right. I'm almost thinking of going with Barry. Can't remember a Liverpool attack down our left once Baines got injured, yet Barry still managed to get forward and contribute to our build up play.

Lallana would actually be a brilliant foil on the left for Baines in the England setup I reckon. I couldn't think of a genuine partner for Baines the other day when discussing the English national team with a friend, but Lallana certainly fits the bill.

I reckon just a yellow if the ref sees it, maybe a red if he got him in the face. Lukaku's shouldn't have been a yellow though, but not surprised to see it with how protected goalkeepers are these days.

Distin and Coleman are good Everton ones and I always rated Benayoun. Never quite understood why the shite were so keen to get rid of him for Joe Cole a few seasons a go. Seemed like a bit of madness and "grass is always greener" thinking on their behalf.
