Just having a ticket I'd have thought..
OS, "The Club has secured a limited number of coaches which will be free of charge, and these will depart from Goodison at 5am. Supporters will be able to select spaces for these coaches through the usual purchasing channels."
Sound thanks
I think there’ll be plenty of tickets going spare I should get mine this afternoon.

Does anyone know the criteria for free coach travel to Palace.

For Wolves, I would go with a back four of Kenny Keane Godfrey & Mykolenko
If Keane is not available or not selected for whatever reason, then Holgate in his place and keep your fingers crossed.
Keep your fingers crossed is right.
I think Lampard will go with 3 at the back with Coleman and Mykolenko on the flanks we’re at home and have got to attack. -

Normally that's my answer too. But I think this time it is the only answer.
Name your defence then.

Welcome to obscurity.
He might be highly rated but he looks far too small to me.

Good to know the left back problem extends to the junior team.
John was playing left back to enable Patterson to play right back we have left backs in fact we have a 15 year old playing in the youth team who is excellent Sam Smith.

That’s not true at all. Pickford, Gray, DCL, Doucoure etc..all awful? We shouldn’t lose our objectivity because the results aren’t what we want.
I never said they were all awful some players have had good spells but don't forget the way we dropped from 2nd in the table to mid table and by the way I think Digne is a very good player but he was average last season like many others

I think the man of the match thread can hide some better performances and hide some poor performances.
someone like Digne should be getting far more motm votes than he has.
Not a patch on baines but you would think he was based on the reaction to him going. Was very good for 2 years. Been distinctly average at best and that’s including his occasional attacking excellence.
The whole team has been average to poor for 2 years

So long as its being taken with a tankerload of salt, then fine. It's pure opinion, inconsistent in activity and we often have wildly different opinions especially when some have nailed their flag to the mast (not aimed at anyone in particular). It shows nothing about a player declining either, more down to other players doing better or, as case most likely is in the last 12 months, no one is worth voting for...
I expect Digne to prove himself to be as good as any left back in the prem while at Villa.

Sorry but had to find out for sure. Turns out we're both right haha. They absolutely had bigger players than us but our average was a lot better as they had the 3 smallest players on the pitch. I forgot how big of a pain in the arse Eaves was in the air.
Hull starting outfield players: McLoughlin (6'3) Eaves (6'3) Bernard (6'2) Greaves (6'1)
Smallwood (5'11) Docherty (5'10) Smith (5'10) Williams (5'8) Honeyman (5'8) Lewis-Potter (5'7)
Everton starting outfield players: Keane (6'2) Gomes (6'2) Rondon (6'2) Godfrey (6'0) Gordon (6'0)
Mykolenko (5'11) Gray (5'11) Coleman (5'10) Kenny (5'9) Allan (5'9)
Last point on height though and this exercise helps solidify. Would anyone on this forum have guessed Keane Gomes and Rondon were the same height? Keane's best attribute is his aerial defending while I wouldn't trust Gomes or Rondon to win a header against my grandma.
Also sorry for the imperial measuring system. The USA is dumb.
Haha it’s the only measuring system I know.
I’m not having Gomez as 6ft 2 -

Your point is well taken but height is not the best determinant of aerial prowess/defending. Those two traits are jumping ability and aggression. Us blues should know as Tim Cahill was a legend. Give me a 5'10 pitbull over 6'2 poodle every day of the weekday. We lost seemingly every set piece against Hull and I guarantee you we were the taller side.
No way where we the taller side there’s only Keane in that team who was over 6 feet tall

Fucking postponed again.
Teams are abusing the covid now apparently Liverpool had 13 false positives which is not possible in a squad that size.

I would think the opposite is true nowadays, as there's more focus on possession and every player on the pitch being able to play with the ball at your feet. Less of a need for those big, lumbering center backs.
It’s ok having possession but you still have to defend free kicks and corners.
City Liverpool I’d say no one has more possession but they don’t have small centre backs. -

Fabio Cannavaro
The game has progressed since he played in the prem.
if you look at the top 6 most have big centre backs the game is changing.

So according to you we are definitely going down with that attack on our whole defence.
