I think Dyche has given it more than enough time for the goal drought to end. These things happen in football but it's at the point where Dyche needs to do something. A fresh DCL for 30 minutes at the end of the game will be a real handful for West Ham as he will hopefully be out to prove he is the #1.

I agree to an extent. I just hope now that we have some breathing space we look for more progressive football than survival football. Given the job Dyche has done & the circumstances, I feel he deserves next year at the very least to try & build that.

Perez was now mentioning about the issue when shifting gears. Still, looking forward to quali now & just hope the other teams are at the very least close. Mercedes could be more competitive than first thought.

I'm really hoping we see a good display here. I feel like a bit of pressure has been released & hopefully the players can reflect that. We all know Goodison is going to be absolutely bouncing.

To be fair, loads of those are free kick around half way that we just launch in to the box. Not pretty but it is effective with the general size of our team.

Looking forward to the season starting this weekend. Think its going to be tight between Mercedes, Ferrari, Mclaren & Aston Martin. Shame Redbull will be dominant again.

I would think not & it shows the grey areas in these rules. I would like to think when you have been punished for period of 3 years, none of those years can be accounted for again in a 3 year period.

Yeah I think we will to however seeing as there is 1 year in the second charge that we haven't been punished for I would assume that the penalty couldn't be more than 2 points given that we just got 6. Hopefully we do push for it to be completely rejected. Between Luton and Forest I really hope it is Forest that go down.

Agree. With the second charge "IF" we get a points deduction I cannot see how it can be more than 2 points given that 2 of seasons we have been punished for already. I'm over the moon with getting the points back. 15th and a late charge for the champions league spot is on.

This. I just think in our financial situation, if we are in the premier league next season it is a no brainer for us to try and get him in. Gomes out of contract & getting barkley in on a free & possibly 50+% less wages. Also if it free us up to have whatever little money we will have to get a decent winger it could completely revamp the team.

He’s a likeable player, always puts in a shift. To be honest though, I thought there was a bit more of him when we signed him. I think he can play a lot better than what he has for the most part of the season.

Yeah I’ve seen it, he could and should have done more. However, we improve massively having him on the pitch & for that reason I would be starting him.

Exactly, if we were going to sit deep and soak it up that is Keane’s bread and butter. It is disappointing to concede from a back post header on Godfrey’s side.

Had a feeling we would concede when Beto didn’t even get his effort on target when put through. Would have taken that at the start but given the position we were in, tough one to take. 2 massive points dropped there
