Bottas is on fire at the moment. Should be a good battle between Mclaren and Ferrari as well. Danny Ric only .002 off Sainz but would probably prefer the tow off Gasly on the straight and Knick into 5th. Should be a cracking start to the race though

To be fair to gray in particular he has put some excellent balls across the face of goal begging to be tapped in. Both he and Townsend has struggled from Rondon up top. Be interesting if they start to accumulate more assists if Richarlison back and even more so with Dom

I like Mina when he plays but agree. Sell if we can get an offer. Id also sell Keane and get upgrades on both.

Judging by the videos he’s put up on Instagram exercising I hope he’s back in training very soon and back playing sooner than we thought

Dobbin is a striker - Richarlison got nothing out of their centre backs and Dobbin would have got less. Gordon did well, it’s great to see but Rafa has said he needs to work on fitness so I assume that’s why he hasn’t started. Davies has had chances and I don’t think he, Gomes or Delph would have done anything better in that first half. Holgate despite being a dickhead was atleast getting into the back of the striker and picking up his man where as Keane gave them 5 yards nearly every time - his role in the offside goal was pathetic and was walked past in the second half as well. The disappointing part is we played dog shit but the goals they scored were a corner and a gift. Ive just watched the first half again and the Godfrey mistake gets worse. He could have rolled it for Holgate to clear easily. Iwobi wasn’t in the game at all and despite scoring the goal eventually shouldn’t have stayed on. Grays chance was pivitol and should have done better but it wasn’t anywhere near as easy as the Jimenez chance.

Agree. He didn’t need the injuries we’ve had but he needs to help himself. Personally I don’t like playing on the counter - it’s the not the style I like to see but I accept it’s our effective strategy with the squad we have. He needs to help himself a bit here though and be more astute tactically. We need clean sheets first are foremost which with our backline won’t be easy, especially when giving the opposition as much ball as we do. So we need to box out the midfield and offer some coverage, play for recoveries and 2/3 quick passes be on the break to our players that offer the most threat. The players need to do a lot more. Centre backs need to be brave and get tight to their man, Keane especially. When we get our first 11 fit we can evolve to more possession and attacking but right now we need to grind out results.
