  1. The conspiracy theories are truly astonishing- he’ll be getting the blame for world hunger and poverty soon. We won on Saturday- that’s alls that matters. I’m not even arsed anymore, just get to 40 points get this shambles of a season behind us get him to fuck in the summer and bring a new manager in. How we do it or go about it I now give zero fucks but just get it all done.

But you're not addressing the point I made: Tosun has played how many minutes? Yet, he's being kept from the team because he needs time to improve. Mangala has already played how many minutes? Yet, he walks right in - before he even knows his teammates and when the Holgate/Williams pairing were doing OK. This is an objective observation. What's good for the goose should be good for the gander.

If you really need me to explain it to you again then there is no point continuing the conversation.

Yet he gets to play and Tosun does not? Why does one get chances despite being crap in those games while the other doesn't even get to play? At face value, it seems that favouritism is a factor.

Your crusade to try and smear Allerdyce at every opportunity is pathetic- you’re jumping on anything and everything- we get you don’t like him but you’re making yourself look stupid with these comments. Mangala has played a few seasons in the prem, he knows the league and the pace of it our centre halves have been shocking and none of them are left footed like Mangala which makes us even more unbalanced- yes he’s shite but so is Williams and Keane (so far) Jagielka is finished so he gets a game- Tosun is new never played here and is clearly off the pace in training- Niasse as shite as he is knows the league and scores goals against shite teams.

Its just the bravado of it. How could he possibly have played Cenk in case it went 3-2. Irrelevant considering he has said he was going to sub Bolasie on first!

How on earth are comments like that going to do the lad any good. Just keep your mouth shut and move on. Stop making him a headline every week.

Jesus Pad. If Walsh had signed Sturridge everyone would have been more up in arms that they are at the moment with Cenk. He might be a great finisher but he barely stays off the treatment table and he is a lazy fucker. We don' need another shithouse.

People said the same aabout Walcott- sometimes a lot layer just needs a move. I was more pointing to the fact Sturridge moved this window and is better than Tosun- if neither play it’s the same difference.

I do understand you mate, I am not Cenk (maybe I am) or Cenk is not my family and all I can wish is to see him performing well like he did for us. He may not perform well, not my problem to be honest. (It's his problem if he wants to be remembered well by the Everton fans more than an "another failure")

Here, Everton's problems are the priority, not Cenk's. He needs to get it and start to produce more than what he is capable of. Regarding me, all I was trying to say in my shit loads of posts about him was some critics were too harsh on him before he is allowed to perform. Let's see what he can do after the what Sam wants to achieve in the league with Everton.

(Still, I think he is way more talented than Niasse as we know him from Turkish league as well, but of course, Cenk needs to level up asap to get close Niasse's physical condition)

Nobody should be harsh on him he’s come to a far superior league playing a totally different style of football- he needs time but unfortunately we have an element of fans who read Besiktas fans raving and immediately expect him to be Suarez or Ronaldo then others are screaming the managers a prick (which he is but not because he’s not playing him) because they believe the hype.

Lets let the lad settle and find his feet, I think he’ll do ok here and we all wanted him to hit the ground running but unfortunately it’s not quite worked out that way. Patience and support is what he needs.

Not really because he's always injured. IF he could stay fit, I'd agree with the shout, but he can't.

Clear as day to me, but I know what you mean overall :)

So was Walcott and plenty of other players- sometimes a change in club is alls a player needs to play again. With regards to Tosun some (and I use the word some not all) Besiktas fans have made him out to be a world beater and this star striker when in reality he’s not even close to the level they make out. I’m sure he’s a good player and I hope he comes good here but expectations are far too high and it’s unfair on the lad.

  7. Just now, Matt said:

He can barely keep up with the physio mate

True but he asked a question and I answered it. Tosun will hopefully come good but he’s no longer the big fish in the small pond Matt and the sooner people realise this the less pressure will be on the lad. Besiktas fans are making out he’s a superstar- Everton fans are scratching their heads wondering why he can’t get in the team then.

If a player is having a stinker, misplacing passes, getting tackled, ballooning shots then no way should they be booed.  Get behind them... let them know that they shouldn't fear failure from trying.

If a player is abandoning his duties because he doesn't give a shit then he should be shamed. I can not tolerate lazy arsed footballers - each year thousands of kids are released from their clubs because they aren't good enough.... left wondering how they will make money. Yet you have multi millionaires like schneiderlin who doesn't care- laughs at our team getting beat by another and mocks infuriated fans.  He's brought this on himself... I don't like it but players like him are more toxic to the side than booing fans.

Everyone has a different opinion on it but I would never boo one of our players- not ever.

  9. 1 hour ago, Sir McGiven said:

It is your opinion. I have never said that he is a magnificent talent and being CL class striker is not being Raul or someone like that. He was consistently making an impact and was scoring goals for Besiktas in CL.

Only questionable part here if you come up with it,

Could Everton have been signed a better striker or at least someone who is ready to keep up with PL pace?

Of course, Walsh and Fat Finger knew that Cenk is not in PL shape currently and he needs time. This is another question but we all know the answer:

    Why he has been signed?

Name me some players who could have been signed instead of Cenk but the players who can easily be signed (up to be signed by Everton). You are not a financial person in the club, not the manager, not assistant... You can not know what they are demanding from Everton, especially with this form of the club so, name me some players who were ready for PL but Everton choose Cenk over them. I don't see many while I am checking summer transfer rumors.

Anyways, these are personal thoughts and time will prove whose thoughts will be accurate. I still think he is a way better striker than Niasse as soon as he keeps up and gets his way back to starting lineup tho.

    Sturridge

look mate I’m not knocking Tosun and I get you love him and I hope he does well here but the reality is he’s in a better league and he’s struggling to adapt- hopefully he comes good.

  10. I’m not sure the boos where for him if I’m honest- no doubt some gobshites thought it was so booed as well, I think it was for the sub. Gana had taken a knock though so the boos where unfounded anyway.

Not one bit into booing our own players tbh- some sections of our fans are a disgrace they want to go and have a quiet word with themselves - all shouting they pay their money so can boo if they want, which is true but fuck off with the negative tocicity, seasons enough of a shambles without turning on our own.

Not because I am a Turk who ended up here because of Cenk, Sam's behavior has been unbelievable so far. You like it or not, he was a CL class striker for Besiktas, an underdog team, that secured his place as an unbeaten side through the group stage. Cenk and Anderson Talisca were the main reason for that success. He has already proven himself for many and will try to do the same thing for you.

I do understand and many times underlined that in my previous comments, PL is not like any other league but keeping him on the bench like he wasn't able to do something and like it was all his fault, is discouraging.

Sorry, my friends. I do understand as well under the current circumstances you are a little bit impatient but if you were expecting any immediate impact, Sam or Walsh shouldn't have risked it and they should have signed an Agüero-like player from somewhere else. Without having proper chances, these judgments I see around are boggling my mind. Rumours, sources, friends of friends saying some stuff are not proper arguments.

We are talking about a league where many other talented strikers, even better strikers than Cenk, struggled. Sheva for example and many other unexpected players did more than what expected from them.

Also, there was, is and will be no guarantee that he will be successful. He can fail to show what is expected from him even after proper chances he'll get but until that time, be more realistic. It is easy to destroy one's will to succeed with this kind of attitude.

He’s not a CL class striker though he’s a striker who is playing in the CL with Besiktas. Yes he scored a few goals which is great but he would never get a game for any of the CL power houses. Fact is the Turkish league is like our 1st division and the lad is struggling to keep up in training which tells you he’s not class. He will get up to speed though but he’s not as good as you think he is mate.

He caught up with Townsend on one break. He is pretty quick, in comparison to our other boats anyway.

As I have put in the match day thread, I thought he was arguably our best CB. Keane was just so slow to everything and his passing was worse than Magala's. Williams looked lost when he came on and completely uncomposed.

Im not saying that Magala played well but its safe to say we were fortunate to come up against a toothless attack with a very strong performance from our midfield to protect them.

Benteke had at least 3 free headers, 2 he should have scored from. The marking was none existent it was dreadful to watch. Another day and Benteke buries those.

I don' think I've felt so disconnected to so many Everton players since the Smith days...

Williams:- Mr big man.... or so he thinks. Fuckin shite - came back to pre season looking like a fat journey man heavyweight boxer and is all hot air. Shite and is arrogant.

Mirallas:- gobshite. Talented player who let us down so many times because of his ego.

Schneiderlein:- yellow bellied overhyped player. Completely spineless and lacks character.

Keane:- save the interviews, get your head out your arse and focus on defending.

Rooney:-  came back 2 years too late. Moments of class but moments of complete indiscipline. 5 yards too slow, years of not looking after himself are showing.

Look at players like niasse, Coleman, Davies, DCL, gueye.. opinions vary on their ability but they do not hide, they have bottle and clearly care.

I’d disagree with the Rooney shout- he gives 110% every time he plays. That’s without question.

  14. All 3 managers have failed or are failing this season- none have performed anywhere neat expectations. Unsworth failed just like Koeman did as Allerdyce is doing now. Because he’s loved he gets an easier ride than the others which is understandable but his results were no better than the other two. The players are a fucking disgrace as well by the way- we’re sitting here laying blame on managers when the likes of Schneiderli, Mirallas, Williams to name but 3 are half arsed closing down and strolling around like they don’t give a fuck- that’s with all 3 of those managers not just one and we’re having to rely on players like Niasse who is nowhere near good enough to bail us out with effort and will. It’s a fucking disgrace and the whole club should hang it’s head in shame.

Ah yes, Joey Barton, the fella that got on Unsworth’s back for being overweight. The fella that put a cigar out on a young players face.

You'll have to forgive me if his opinion means absolutely nothing to me.

He offered my mates lad £50 (or it may of been £20) to pour a can of coke all over his head whilst he and his mates watched. Luckily enough the kid is clued up and told him to fuck off and pour the can of coke over his own head.

The lads a fucking shite hawke.

The progress was the coming from behind at Watford to win, coming back from behind twice against Palace, West Ham being demolished, youth players coming in and showing potential in place of senior players who couldn't find their own arsehole with a torch and a map. That was progress based on what had gone on before. Maybe people have forgotten how shit things truly were under Koeman already (understandable, I'd love to erase the past 12 months from memory too)

Not one person has said it was all roses, just pointing out that there were positives.

A lucky win against Watford you mean after their first choice keeper was injured and their second choice let us back in it and they missed a last gasp pen- Palace away were we got a dodgy penalty and another bad mistake let us back in it where we were played off the park both games? Battered by a dysfunctional (at the time)  Leicester team, drubbed by Lyon, Atalanta, Soton and the West Ham game will always be up for debate.

I hate Allerdyce being here but lets not pretend we should have stuck with Unsworth because we were sinking like a stone with him in charge and as I’ve stated many times I don’t hold that against him because he was asked to do a job he was clearly not ready to do yet.

We've been spanked by a very good Spurs side and Arsenal who seem to have found some balance to their side bar those two and the loss to Bournemouth we've done quite well result wise

I want the man out as quick as the next but Unsworth as much as I like the man wasn't turning anything around I could go into depth and flip things but I don't have the time for the man nor do I want to come across as defending him

The best thing Unsworth did was bring in Beni who I think should be featuring more bar that I had no confidence in him doing anything

Exactly right- I get people are desperate to get rid of Allerdyce but to suggest Unsworth was turning it around is ridiculous. Clouded judgement.
