  1. Would immediately set an own goal record at Everton
  2. Seeing 87 million. I'd be massively excited about that if I thought we'd do anything with it
  3. For sure. Why he sort of works for me as long as he's not THE answer and just an option
  4. Would be more than fine with it if we also bagged Sandro. But since that's not happening meh. That would also be assuming Rom is gone too, of course
  5. I know it's not a popular opinion but easily my least favorite player. Never been a big fan of keeping players who clearly want to be elsewhere. I guess we had no better option but I seriously doubt we will se his best and I'm not sure his best is even close to as good as most rate. I have seen people roast Lamine Kone here but praise Rom. Don't understand how the situation is any different Sincerely hope I'm wrong and I'll hope for his success but I'm not sure I'll be troubled when he's finally gone
  6. I believe he played wide a lot with West Ham. He's a more natural striker. He looked fantastic against us here in the Copa America this summer I think he'll be a capable sub and spot starter. Much better than Kone on his day
  7. Where does the hate for this guy come from? Is it the hair commercials? Or is it the Euros? I don't think he's the top stopper in the world but I see so many act like he is garbage. I imagine that the standard for your national team is high and a bad performance can lead to a strong opinion or two but in this case it seems massively extreme
  8. We can split the plane ticket and car I'll help
  9. The new signings were very impressive. Gana was everywhere
  10. I would much rather them use charity as a loophole then pay more in taxes, regardless of intention. I trust the government far less with those tax dollars than anyone else
  11. Imagine adding Ashley and Hart. There certainly wouldn't be a leadership problem anymore. I like the idea of Hart on loan with a chip on his shoulder. Plays well then sign long term if not, then we are still looking for a #1 anyway
  12. This would be the ideal situation for me. Love Lacazette I think he will be better than Rom anyway if he's not already
  13. This makes all the sense in the world to me. He talked all summer meets with Koeman and then nothing? And we're supposed to be looking to add 4 or 5 more before the deadline? Think it's done already
  14. Still agreed. Never been a big fan of keeping players who clearly don't want to be around
  15. http://soccer.nbcsports.com/2016/08/01/transfer-rumor-roundup-fonte-to-man-united-everton-lukaku-to-chelsea/ 90m? Can't be true because it would happen in a second IMO
  16. I would take Bony but not if it means getting less for Stones. Would rather just max the fee
  17. This. I'd be happy with £50m alone. Throw in Hart and it's a no brainier. Plus he does that sweet yell in the tunnel before the match thing
  18. tee Stegen would be brilliant. Not sure he's a realistic option though
  19. Pelle would probably bring the most bang for buck if they really are planning on having as much available for transfer as we've heard
  20. Throw in Landon Donovan to add to reason #3 and those are almost exactly my reasons for picking Everton as well. As a Yank it's hard to talk football with quite a few because everyone here "loves" Barca or ManU or Chelsea. Love this Club and have never regretted it (ok maybe a little this season). Good story Keith
  21. If someone really wants to give 40m plus for him they shouldn't hesitate
