Hunt is an average hard working player, thats it. We need to be looking at better players than him. Ledley is a far better player and i would think Moyes will go for him instead

Youre surely not telling me that either of those players would go straight into our first team? Why waste 7 million on two players that are squad players at best? If Doyle was half as good as some people are saying somebody would have snapped him up a long time ago. So in effect you are spending a third to a half of our transfer fee on players that arent going to improve our first team. Whats the point of that? Moyes is far more liable to get two players who are better on loan.

Its becoming more and more evident especially after the final that we need an injection of pace down the flanks and over the top. When the midfield / defence needs an outlet there is nothing there. Osman and Hibbert were caught out big time but even when A.J was there he made things happen by upsetting defenders and the one thing they cant handle is shit hot pace. Aaron Ramsey. Been thinking with our determination to bring in young prospects would it be worth having another go and getting him from Arsenal? Wenger doesn't seem to give british talent the same opportunities as the french and Ramsey must be thinking he made the wrong decision by signing considering the same opportunity Rodwell has been given. He has got to feel wounded he isn't there. I honestly believe he has been the most consistent english left back over the last six months.
