What concerns me is that even though we've been on this good run so has everyone around us and we havn't really made any ground up. We need other teams to slip up while we're in form, a bit of luck if you will. If that happens then Europe and maybe a cup is a possibility.

What a difference that is to the past few years? There's more hope if we go behind that we can get back into the game now, whereas it used to be if we went behind it was more or less game over.

I can't fault anyone today they were all superb. Perhaps in the first half we were a little sluggish and let them have a bit too much of the ball, but the second half was just immense and we looked like we could score with every attack. Arteta looks like he's back, he absolutely ran the show for us today and gets my MOTM vote. Some of the football we played today was fantastic and I hope it continues because I like to be entertained not bored into submission. Im glad AJ got a goal as well, I thought he might if he got on. Baines has been injured so it'd be stupid to throw him straight back in. Bring him on near the end if we have sown up and then we can think about starting him IMO.

I reckon AJ will get 10mins today, I hope he bags a goal. Baines will probably be on the bench so we'll have Joley at LB and Stubbs and Yobo in the middle and the dire Hibbert at RB. Our defence should be able to cope comfortably today though. COYB!

Carsley isn't blessed with pace is he? And that's who Huddlestone would take the place of. I'd love Huddlestone here, sure he's gone off the boil at Spurs but he does have quality. A bit of work on his weight and concentration and he'd be a fantastic player.

I agree, I thought Joley did alright. Nothing special obviously but there weren't many players out there last night who played above average.

IMO we need an outsider type of person, not the same old same old. But that's just my opinion on it.
