not likely apparently.
Neither was Mr Ancelotti according to many media outlets!! lol
Not sure on this fella - he was boss at Monaco and the World Cup and prob in his 1st season at Real too. But what has he done last 3 yrs?
Badly managed or another case of a player reaching the top and doing a Ronaldiniho??

I can’t remember who said it but I 100% agreed with it. He’s not quick enough to defend against a speedy player and gets bullied against the big lads up front. If we get £25 mill back there are a lot better players out there for that money
Cant see anyone paying 25m for him - 10-15m maybe

Newcastle 1 - 1 Everton
Kean
Todays the day!
-
Has to be 4-4-2 - Cant see 3 CBs in there
-
Everton 2- 0 Burnley
Richarlison

Yeah the more I think about it the more I think 433, he switched to it in previous games and may still want to play direct but put an awful back line under pressure with DCL, Richy and Iwobi playing off each other.
Like others have previously said though Iwobi needs a performance against his old side today.
Might be like that inspired Lukaku right wing call of Bobbys against the Arse

Generally hope we see the last of this next manager discussion for another 4 yrs.
Buzzing with this! Who would have thought we would swap out Silva for Ancelotti and gain 4 league pts in the process too!
Pleased for Big Dunc during this time, pleased hes increased his love and fan base at the club, pleased hes still involved and pleased it did not turn sour for him if it did not go well (Ole?)

Could be 4-3-3 with Iwobi up top - get at their defence I say!
-
Everton 1 - Arsenal 1
Iwobi !!!!!!!!!!

Even if we get a new manager I'd let them have a break before they start and leave Ferguson in charge until the FA cup 3rd round. Christmas fixtures are hectic enough a new manager wouldn't be much more than a figure head whilst he learns the squad whereas Ferguson knows what each lad is capable of.
Like this idea Pete0

Haha.. or Curbishley or Graham....

name a manager that has been successful in english football (recently) that is realistic for us? i don't know of any.
This where I'm at with all this. The next person is a gamble regardless of who it will be. The big names with Prem experience we're linked with are not realistic appointments for us

Apparently he is just here to learn more about English football and will be at other games over the weekend.
No sure Im fully believing this is just a coincidence.

It would be wise to give DF a few matches, either way we don't have too many options right now. If he comes good, then leave him until the end of the season and then reassess our options.
They are a new generation Allardyce and Pulis. Great for relegation fodders, but not good for clubs with ambition to win things.
Would love DF to be in the seat - not sure it is wise though but fair play to him. Made up with this win!!
What about DF until end of season and then see our options. Think he would need an experienced head as his No. 2 though - Joe Royle got a job?
Also think we cant get carried away with just 1 game in

Strange game to pick for that...

Apparently Niko Kovac (ex Bayern manager) is at Goodison. Whats he doing there?

With Duncan in charge for now that means no Moyes. Wouldn't be appointing a temporary man if Moyes was coming in. (Unless Brands' 1, 2, and 3 all turn us down and we come back to Davey with our tail between our legs)
Agree

No accusation necessary that’s exactly what happened
Its true, was there myself to hear it. Norwich fans started it after 2nd goal and our fans joined them

Actually thought we were much better in the second half. We had about seven efforts on goal the second half. Richarlison should have scored his header, Kean should have scored his effort. Davies has a decent enough effort.
Defence was still crap, or rather, having Keane in defence was asking for more goals. The guys boots must be full of lead or something. Never saw such a slouch in my life.
We were better and the players obs responded to HT talk....But damage was done in 1st 20 mins and its another game with no points and confidence is in the under world right now

We have no spine anymore

What does Siggy actually do? Doesnt take set pieces and does not dictate play. Doesnt contribute unless hes in 20yds free space

What has he actually done wrong though?
Hes selected the team on tactics they seem to know nothing about.
His walk down the tunnel was of a broken man.
Hes tried to change things and we showed a better performance agaonst Leicester - but we still lost points.
WE ARE IN THE BOTTOM 3 WITH NO MORE POINTS LIKELY TO COME UNTIL JANUARY.
Weve played alm the promoted team and likely easy teams so for already and have just 14pts to show for it - its not even a point a game oj average
should I go on?
