  1. Lol Well that's something I would never have imagined you ever saying!
  2. I agree that the Ref was atrocious , and I don't just mean the penalty decisions., however I don't think we can blame him for this defeat I think we were quite fortunate to only concede the 3 goals, if Aguero had been on form we could easily have lost by 5 or 6. City totally dominated us and brushed us aside fat too easily, I think we just need to put this down to a bad day at the office and move on
  3. Make it £15M plus Hernandez and its a deal
  4. Gareth Barry because today showed how much we missed him, our midfield was none existent today and were completely out manoeuvred, out thought and out fought For a side that puts so much emphasis on its passing we were ridiculously sloppy and gave away possession fat too easily al game, I just don't think we got going at all today Really disappointing performance, we didn't even have a pen knife to take to the fight today! I thought Naismith was shite but not quite as bad as everyone else so went for him

  8. I thought that was easily McCarthys best game in an Everton shirt tonight but Coleman just pipped him as MotM for me Lukaku was excellent first half but I actually thought he was pretty poor second half

  10. I cant speak for everyone else but Im moaning about the team selection because I would like us to win a trophy and the League Cup would have been our best opportunity to do so You may think the starting XI that's was picked was a good side but I think a team with the likes of Baines, Barkley and Mirallas would have been an even better one and would have given us a much better chance of progressing. Why cant we start with a strong side and get the tie won before we start worrying about getting the fringe players a run out If we treat the Cup competitions as pre season frendlies we will never win a trophy again
  11. Lol So applying your logic we should withdraw from the FA Cup immediately In terms of the League we need to avoid the top 4 because that would mean Champion League and even more games and therefore increasing the chances of injuries and relegation We don't want to finish anywhere between 5-8 just in case we get sucked into Europa League Obviously we don't want to get embroiled in a relegation battle so 14 - 20 is out So the perfect scenario is finishing anywhere between 9 - 13 Maybe we should get rid of all our International players as well because we don't want them risking themselves when there not even playing for us
  12. Is that just in case Jags, Hietinga , Distin, Alcaraz ,Stones and Duffy all get injured at the same time?
  13. No Haf I am saying Everton Football Club is in a much better state now than it was back then and somebody has to be responsible for that wouldn't you say? I really don't want to go around the houses with all this again , you will reply with all the same old Buffoon Union sound bites, yes I know your not one of them, about failed take over bids asset stripping etc I will ask the same question about whether you would you rather we still had those assets and not invested in the squad, you will ignore it and so we begin again So in your mind if BK and the Board had no part in that. Does that mean Moyse did it all by himself? If that is the case then we should be building statues of the fella and it would make it all the more baffling why you are so bitter towards him? Mind you on the other hand it does look good on Martinez that he was single handily responsible for squeezing £27.5M out of United for Felli and keeping Baines
  14. Again, I cant be arsed. We have been here a million times so no point doing it all again. If you don't think the club is any better off now than under Johnson then that's up to you, personally , as memorable and as exciting as those relegation battles were I don't ever want to do it again
  15. As I've said , I cant be arsed going into the whole Kenwright saga again but if you honestly think that the only things he has done right as Chairman is to appoint Moyse and Martinez then there isn't really any point in talking to you
  16. Yeah I agree , the 3rd one looks great, much better than the clubs abominations
  17. He will never win a trophy with us if he treats the FA Cup with the same disrespect as he did with the League Cup last night I will never understand why Everton refuse to take this trophy seriously when it is clearly the easiest route to ending our trophy drought and earning a place in European football
  18. This I just hope Roberto treats the FA Cup with a bit more respect. If the object of the exercise last night was to see if the fringe players were worthy of a run in the starting XI then I would say the answer was a resounding no
  19. http://www.liverpooldailypost.co.uk/sport/football/match-reports/everton-fc-crash-out-league-6088827 Seems about right to me
  20. Showed tonight that we cant afford to lose him at any price
  21. Bailey, on 24 Sept 2013 - 21:59, said: Pretty much sums it up really. Fulham were there for the taking but we just seemed to sit back and settle for 1-0 which gave them the impetus and we never really looked like getting back in it after that
