  1. I dont think its bollocks at all We made an inquiry and didnt like the price we were quoted so no bid went in
  2. Well now that the window has closed, we have seen Cahill, Yobo and Rodwell depart and 6 players come in How pleased, or otherwise are you? Has the fairy transfer godmother done a decent job ? ( Seeing as BK has nothing to do with it ! ) Does BK deserve any credit? Personally I think BK and Moyes have done a fantastic job, we have kept all of our top players and brought in some real quality so Im highly delighted Even more so because the Shite have spent more than us but their fans have gone into meltdown over the Dempsey saga! Lol just read this after I posted and it sums up my feelings nicely! http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/everton-fc/everton-fc-news/2012/09/01/royal-blue-everton-fc-show-player-trading-works-if-you-re-canny-traders-100252-31739840/
  3. Lol I see the positive vibes are as prevalent as ever! Like most Ive never heard of the guy but he does look good from the clips , my only concern is that he was obviously not Moyes first or even second choice.
  4. I dont think he has signed, its not been reported anywhere
  5. Lol Ive got a funny feeling you might catch one of those 24 hour viruses the week commencing 24 September!
  6. Yeah Im defo going Leeds normally give us a large allocation circa 5k so tickets will be easy enough to get hold of
  7. I agree with ten , I think this is a tricky tie because Leeds will be well up4 it That said should be a cracking away day!
  8. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19426773 Looks like they have done precisely that!
  9. Even if Everton sign Bryan Oviedo they will push ahead to try and sign another midfield man before tomorrow's deadline. Few names in frame. @philmcnulty
  10. To be fair I thought Naismith was also excellent last night
  11. Im not having a pop but did you actually watch the game? Iam only asking in case you listened on the radio and maybe the commentators didnt give him the credit he desrerved I thought he was superb all night, his touch was fantastic, he had quick feet and great ball control in tight situations, he was beating his man at will and once he got to the byline he was getting his head up and picking out his man. His decision making was spot on all night Also its not his fault he wasnt tested defensively
  12. Osman ran the game in the first half, Naismith was great all night and obviously a very promising start from Mirallas but I thought Coleman was superb tonight. His decision making was spot on tonight,

  14. Ive asked you this a million times and you always avoid answering Yes the club have sold off all the off field assets, but what would you rather they had done? We had an ageing squad and we were facing almost certain relegation, would you rather we still had those off field assets and had never invested in the squad? Yes I get it that you distance yourself from actually being a member of the Buffoon Union but the reason I associate you with them is bacause you keep spouting the same old conspiracy theories and same old sound bites that they do As Ive also said before, this board and Kenwright are a million miles from being perfect, but you whinge and moan about everything connected with the club and never miss a chance to turn every thread into an anti Bill argument. You get on Moyse's back about being too negative yet you have to be the most negative Evertonian in history All I am saying is, fine critisice the manager/team/board/ tofeelady or whoever when they get it wrong but why cant you ever give credit where it is due? Are you honestly not even in the slightest bit pleased with the clubs transfer dealings this summer? If you are, do you think Moyse is buying these players and paying their wages out of his own pocket? Does Moyse negotiate all the players contracts? Does Moyse negotiate all the transfer fees, in and out? Did we get great money for Arteta, Lescott, Rodwell, McFadden. Johnson etc?
  15. So basically what you are saying is that Bill Kenwright and the Board had no part to play what so ever in finding the finances or negotiating the deals to bring players in? Typical BU BS
  16. Ha ha I thought for a moment that you were going to pass up the opportunity to get your soap box out! What about signing players like Felli, Baines, Jelavic , Piennar etc can that be linked in any way to the playing side? Personally I am highly delighted with our transfer dealings so far this window and if Kenwright cant take any credit for that then who can? Its fine to critisice Bill and the Board when they get it wrong but its a typical Buffoon Union outloook to completely ignore anything they get right, and yes I know you havent actually attended any of their meetings! Oh and I didnt realise that the conspiracy theories ran as far as Bill controlloing the BBC !

  18. Yes why not ? He dropped him last season and I see no reason why he wouldnt do it again this season
  19. Superb night, it was that good Im sure even Haf will struggle to find any negatives !
  20. Not even going to bother mentioning Felli because it clear we are all agreed on that one Thought Jags was also superb tonight, hopefully he has shut a few people up with that performance
