I really don't look as Gerrard as a Liverpool player, but rather as a Premiership player and then when I compare him to another Premiership player - Frank Lampard - I see Lampard as being the better of the two right now. I think Gerrard has the potential to be better than Lampard but he is too inconsistent and hasn't played in a fixed position enough to be there just yet.
