  1. Might turn out a great piece of business but seems to expensive to me.
  2. He’s certainly full of nothing but hot air.
  3. It was an absolute shambles yesterday. I did my normal long day to watch that crap. The minute the team was released my son and I just laughed as knew exactly what would happen. I’m just furious I have had to endure Rafa’s stubbornness. Anyone with an ounce of football knowledge would have Digne at LB/LWB instead of Coleman in that formation. Im not a fan of Rafa at all but he’s not completely stupid* so he knows this so that leaves me with the only conclusion that he’s put his ego ahead of the team. Not my personal choice but if he wants to freeze Digne out then you don’t play a RB that’s needed replacing for years as LWB with a worse RB coming in. It’s madness and ultimately cost us three points. He’s on a slippery slope.
  4. There is clearly bias in commentary and some of those points are valid. The so called ‘big’ teams will want to play the games due to bigger squads but even more importantly for them huge fixture congestion later in the E season if they’re not played and the AFCON.
  5. They’ll be no pie for you as it’ll be too far up in the sky!
  6. I agree, but I assume he’d argue the injuries to key players. I personally think that his decisions haven’t helped to address that. I’ve had it with him and I feel he’s ripping the club apart. I just don’t like the direction the club is heading with him at the wheel.
  7. I’ve got behind him following his appointment and given him the benefit of the doubt with the injuries and poor run but some of the decision making recently has been baffling to put it nicely. I didn’t want the instability of yet another manager change but from what I’ve seen I now know he’s not right for the club, it will never work and he’s not the one to take us forward. His philosophy’s are archaic and I don’t want yet another manger wasting money on their own players to fit a system the next ones unlikely to play. In addition to this he’s now exiled our best (& only LB) of which I’m worried we’ll go on to sell and I don’t trust in his replacement.
  8. As I said before I agreed with the sentiment but the organisers were self elected on social media. There was no consultation. I don’t think either ‘side’ should look to criticise the other. Each to their own. I went with the intention of walking out but at the time it didn’t feel right, so I didn’t.
  9. I planned to leave, but once the time came I couldn’t. Just felt the team needed the vocal support and they we’re playing well and didn’t want my actions impacting on the team. I don’t though feel that any that left should be criticised at all.
  10. Just got back! Not read the comments but I thoroughly enjoyed that. Richie was awesome and run his legs into the ground. GP was rocking in the last 20-30 mins and Arsenal looked visibly rattled. In my view their players inadvertently helped the atmosphere with their shenanigans. It wasn’t all good and I know there is loads of room for improvement but there was effort, desire, tenacity and above all grit and determination in the face of adversity. Iwobi could have put the cherry on top of the cake but the less I say the better!
  11. I feel Covid gets used as an excuse too often. At the moment there aren’t government guidelines saying this can’t happen.
  12. Surely by just using the official channels then and as Romey said not making the AGM online only. Moshiri also actually being there might help!
  13. I think that was dig at his communication methods by utilising Jim White.
  14. Spot on. I’ve no idea how we’ll get out of this. It’s nights like these when I’ve no idea why I do the 7 hour round trip!
  15. I’ve voted yes but that’s in theory as I’m not really one for doing anything adverse to the team. The whole situation at our club is farcical and if they think Brands leaving solves the fans discontent then they’re wrong. Also Denise going …… strange and worrying times.
  16. Was he really allowed to do his job though?
  17. He only has a certain amount of days he can be in the UK with his visa. Also as you’ve already said he probably wants to watch Arsenal. It was all kicking off in the Main Stand at the final whistle and I expect the same come Monday.
  18. Reading twitter and look who happened to be first to post about the above news! For those that miss him.
  19. I agree. He’s only ever had money at Man U and he was following arguably the greatest manager of all time. If you look at Moyes record at Man U it wasn’t to dissimilar to the ones that followed him. There is no way Ole would still be in a job if he took on when Moyes did.
  20. Well that was way more enjoyable than I ever thought was going to be possible. So many of our players giving their all out there. Great entertainment and thoroughly deserved. (xG Man U 0.98 - 1.28 Everton)
