  1. Can some one please explain what the feck Moyes was thinking last night? I really can't imagine what logic he was using when picking that side. 442 with Heitinga and Neville, was one meant to fill in as a box-to-box role or just there to lump it to two players to do it alone? If Moyes was playing footy manager he'd be sacked in the morning after that, pity he weren't jus playing a computer game.

    Anyone else green with envy?
  3. 3-0 Moyes to bore us making sure of the clean sheet, then Donovon to come on and give the game a lift. Saha to score a overdue brace
  4. 1) Alex Kidd in Miracle World 2) Super Mario 3 3) Half-life/counterstrike 4) SuperMarioWorld 5) Syphon Filter (surprised others put it up everyone I know seems to bum MGS) 6) Mario Kart 7) Pokemon 8) Crash Bandicoot (Pandemonium was quality as well) 9) PES4 10) GTA
  5. His goal and assists to minutes ratio incredible. 23 goals 22 assist in 4000 minutes works out as a goal or assist per game.
  6. http://www.toffeeweb.com/season/11-12/news/20062.html going on 6 month loan in Greece
  7. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2081064/Everton-want-Darron-Gibson-Manchester-United.html Alan Smith Mark II rumour. I think it's time to write an open letter to the press to stop linking us with shite.. it's more depressing than getting no one
  8. The only racism I heard at the match was about Emile Heskey '£11 million for..." chant. There was "Everton are white hello hello" as well but I dont know whether I've heard that right or has if it has another meaning. The pubs are far worse, with the n bomb mostly used by the kopites(especially when they play utd), geordies, and mackems(the geordie and mackems used it more as a derogatory against everyone regardless of skin colour) from my experience.
  9. To use his culture as an excuse is pitiful, he's spent time in Holland and would be fully aware of whats acceptable in Europe. This is getting boring now and the only reason I can see it getting dragged on for this long is to deflect from him being a cheat.

Speaking to the Enemy Replies from TT's friends over at WBA zone. Only the 3 replies, but everyones probably to stuffed to type. So a big thankyou to shrew, Monkey Star Tennis and British Pharoah for contributing. 1) What are your views on Roys style of play and is he the right man for the job? shrew: 1. Overall good he had a spell of trying to be defensive team but has now got the balance cock on. MonkeyTennisStar: We keep our shape and discipline under Roy, no longer do we tippy tappy with pointless pretty patterns like we previously did under other managers, but we do play good football when appropriate and direct when needs be. At present we are playing 442 but both forwards offer us movement that allows us width with the ball and an extra man in midfield when we haven't. BritishPharoah: His style is the perfect balance between prudenct and free flowing all-out attacking flair 2) What are your January expectations? shrew:Normally January is a bit cold for us but 6 points would do me ... beating Stoke would be a real personal plus MonkeyTennisStar: To continue to pick up roughly a point a game in our quest for the magical 40pts and safety. We might get a player on loan and ship a couple of fringe players out. BritishPharoah: A defender and midfielder and/or maybe an investment in a raw, young talent 3) If you could swap 3 players for 3 of ours, who would they be and why? shrew:Baines for Shorey, Cahill, for Fortune and Jagielka for Tamas MonkeyTennisStar: Baines, Cahill, Osman Simples they are better than what we have BritishPharoah: Jagielka, Cahill and Distin for Jara, Fortune and Bednar 4) Moyes seems to be reluctant to play Ross Barkley, a highly promising youngster that us blues fans can't wait to see on the pitch. Is there any hidden gems that have got you excited for the future, and are they getting a fair chance? shrew:George Thorne (played as sub last week ) think he is one for next season MonkeyTennisStar: Thorne and there's no place in the team for him at the moment but expect him to play more if injuries force Roy's hand or we are safe before the last few matches of the season. This may happen sooner than we expect with Mulumbu out injured at present. BritishPharoah: Saido Berahino is a very good looking teenager at the moment 5) With Odemwingies return to form plus Shane Longs constant threat who is the biggest danger to Everton? shrew:We play well as a team at the moment and the threat could come from quite a few MonkeyTennisStar: Both have their qualities, Long is excellent in the air despite his average height and works his wotsits off for the team. Not having the best of times in front of goal but will not give your back four an easy afternoon even if he doesn't score. Odemwingie has had a stop start season but after Roy gave him a bit of a gentle kick up the backside he has started to look brighter and scored some vital goals. The more naturally gifted player out the two I expect him to pose more of a goal threat to you. However the main threat will be if they click as a partnership consistently which they have started to do lately. BritishPharoah: You need to watch out for the front pair that you mentioned as well as Jerome Thomas who CAN (but hasn't enough this season unlike last season when he was a huge threat) be a handful down the left with his pace and dribbles. You also have to watch out for Brunt and his exquisite through balls, neat touches of skill and that lethal left foot, Mulumbu can score a goal any goddam time he wants but usually sticks to his job of being the best defensive midfielder on English soil. Morrison is a danger to score a phenomenal goal from 20-30 yards out and Olsson is a threat in the air from set pieces...Good Luck 6) Everton v WBA tends to be a good game, what do you think the final score will be? and where do you see the clubs finishing? shrew: Everton will finish 7th or 8th and hopefully us around 10th MonkeyTennisStar: I hope we win but don't expect it. I'd suggest we might shade it at home 2-0. Final league positions Us- 14th You 12th BritishPharoah: We have had some great results against Everton. Last season's 4-1 was particularly delightful but I am going for an Albion 2-0. We're in form and confidence is sky high. I think both teams will finish in the top half
  12. Dont think fans should be awarded on noise alone. Always remember B'burn fans being loud but low in numbers with pointless noise and a drummer worse than a toddler on xmas day making alot of noise.

  15. Mates brother supports forest and was raving about him the other year. He did look good, but gone a bit quiet, think he might of had an injury
  16. Jones gets a game CM, Rodwell would walk into their team. £20 mil, Valencia or Park plus Walbeck would be a good deal. Potential £50 mil player, should be worth £30 mil in todays market but can see us getting financially fucked over, £15 mil plus Gibson and one other maybe a striker onloan or someone shit like Evans... and I will go cry in the corner
  17. Limpar, Kanchelskis, and a fully fit big Dunc and we'd be challenging.

  19. £12 mil was the reported bid last year, which is a fair price. Performance/fitness wise the last year we'd be lucky to get 10. Gary Cahill will be going on the cheap in Jan, Samba will probs be off as well, so Jags will probs be an expensive 3rd choice for any of the 'big' teams looking for a cb.
  20. Jags should have went last Jan for one
  21. Radzinski's last minute winner against soton that nearly burst the net, Bent scored a similiar one a few seasons after as well
  22. I've defended Moyes for years, im not like the bluekippers who go from him being god one week to sayin he needs sacking the next. Like his faith in Anichebe, i've showed blind loyalty(city away last season he was spot on), but it is fading away slowly, get a sense of Walter Smith with some of his decisions of late. I agree with yer on the extra man, just that I believe it's Cahill who needs dropping instead of Saha.
  23. I dont see how you can blame Saha, he had no service (again) and thats Moyes fault and the midfields. Cahill got 90 minutes and if he doesnt get 1 next week that will be for a full year without a goal we rely on our defenders just as much for goals because no ones scoring at the moment. Saha coming off werent the reason we played any better, more that cahill was further up the pitch so we had an 'extra' man in midfield to share the ball. Saha is better than Rooney and RVN when fully fit if you ask a man u player or fan. Even though we played a little better is not of much substance because the tactics have been stale all season and the changes should have been made in training last week after Stoke(if not a few weeks before that) rather than 70 minutes in to the next match. We do the same thing every week, the same players(if fit), formation, and tactics. We need to throw away Moyes note book and start fresh
  24. We get takin for granted and pissed all over by the media and small minded s*n reading typical English. Talent per capita in Liverpool must be one of the highest in the world, should have more power and respect to reflect that but i'm straying even further off topic than usual so shall digress for now. This Conor looks good, doesn't he?
