As loyal as Kenwright appears to be, we will never be a serious top 4 premier league league club untill we get a new owner with billions to spend on the club, just the way football is now. So the europa is basically the same as the current uefa cup? I thought i read a while ago, that uefa wanted to make the 'new' format tougher to qualify for, and only 5th spot was guaranteed to qualify
