looks like a good location. not too far from where we are now but a much much bigger space so would have some space for parking and the shop, probably the new guys restaurant and whatever else he wants as well. weather anything will come of it is anyones guess really, as we all know the board at our club aren't often first to get their hands in their wallets. hopefully ol' rocky's mate will fancy investing a few quid to help us along with a new stadium. not holding out any hopes but as far as the location goes, with my very little knowledge of the area, it looks pretty good.

did you watch the game? we didn't really give it away, we were beaten by brilliant goals. yes when they hit their stride they out played us at times and therefor in lampards case created a chance to get a cracking shot in but drogba's goal was a shot from nothing and no one can be blamed for such a long range effort. it wasn't even like he was given a lot of space to shape up for a big shot, he just brought it down and hit it on the turn.

a bit of a late prediction seeing as it's already half time but i'm predicting a 0-0. were struggling to score, we know how to defend against bolton and bolton have a good defence. not much of a thriller either. lets hope not though, let's hope the second half see's Johnson score a couple.

hmmm not too sure what to make of it. he's clearly keen to bring in his franchise of restaurants and casino's to the club which could obviously make the club some money but weather i really want to see a new stadium built as some big complex with all that shite around it. we'll really just have to wait and see but i see it as probably being a very good thing financially but certainly they'll be some rather questionable marketing moves and other similar things coming up. i guess stalone turning up to our matchs could only enhance the clubs image which is a possitive thing. not that i particularly want us to be a club that the stars come along too. interesting stuff

yeah great game for the neutral, heart in mouth game for either sides supporters! our defence did brilliantly in the box but let the ball get that far too often. newcastle gave the ball away for us to make fast breaks often and i'm sure the fans were equally scared as i was when the ball flew in to our box! good game, shame we didn't win but still unbeaten, a good result.

i'm thinkig 2-1 tonight. sounds like a pretty full first squad are being sent but i would like to see a 4-4-2 with beattie and anichoebe up front. i see cahill and Johnson being rested.

newcaste are their game in hand. they play newcastle midweek on 20th september. that's the game that will draw them level on games with everyone else. but obviously any game they lose between now and then gives exactly the same affect.

i agree, i don't really understand everyone desperately hoping we'd get someone tomorrow. where do you feel we needed a player, the left wing is the only place that could do with someone if VDM doesn't come through. other than that the squad is looking pretty good, much stronger than previous years. i also think that moyes did good business this transfer window, he got his deals done early and with no dithering or pain that he has previously had. he knew exactly who he wanted at the start of the window and he got those buys in quickly. i don't think we had money for anyone else and there was no point taking loans on anyone that may not be needed. last day deals can often end up at costing you more than they would have unless the other team are very keen to sell. i was suprised kilbane was sold, mainly because he was still a good squad player for us given our lack of cover in his position. hopefully someone will prove they can slot into that position this season. so far as spending less than the shites goes, i really don't care! they're just another team in the league that have more money than us, we've done the best we can with the money we have available.

i hope lescott bloody plays, i've put him in my fantasy football team, he's cheap as chips and i think he'll play most games. lets just hope he see's some clean sheets!

i'm sure we all hope that romey! i think he come good and if he can get in the team and start playing to his potential it would really help him overcome and personal problems he may have. i think if he can play to his potential on the wing it would really complete our side not to mention giving us versatility with him being able to play left or right. so many teams get wingers to swap sides through out games to mix things up now and van de mayde is the perfect player for that. with two decent strikers we need as many good crossers and passers of the ball in midfield as possible to create those chances that they need.

demorilissing it may be but i'm sure he realises he isn't the first choice centre back with two quality younger players there. really we should be picking someone else for the role who will be playing week in week out. i won't suggest anyone as we've already had plenty of discussions on this matter!

the tickets probably won't sell out unless it's a big game then it'll go general sale after a while. i've been to plenty of away games and not many home games so don't worry. just keep waiting! or join evertonia, this will also help you get tickets a bit earlier as they get some kind of priority.

spurs currently have 10 midfield players in their squad, though they never seem to get bored of buying more i really can't see any reality in this one!

i'd like to hope that AJ and Beattie along with the rest of the team can do enough to win the game, I think Anichoebe for now will make a great player to come off of the bench. he has already proved this many times with a lot of good performances late in games.
