  1. I know exactly what you mean, as I desperately wanted him to success as he is a forward every one likes to him ie aggressive with natural finishing ability. But the time has come for him to leave, on loan or permanently.
  2. I think people need to realise Vaughan goal to game ratio is poor, and isn't developing into what was promised. Time to cut the emotional tie and sell while people are interested and have cash to spend.
  3. I knew this would happen, two signings later and everyone signing and banging their tambourine. It should never have taken this long to get signings into the club, s seen by the detrimental effect on the side thus far in the Premiership. Yes it's better late than never, but several questions have to be asked: 1) Why did Moyes bash Citeh for not offering more money, when he said Lescott was not for sale? 2) Where is the money generally at the club, who does what with it? Including Sky dosh, previous sales, money we owe for transfers etc. 3) Investment so we will be a position of strength every summer? No doubt I'll be shot down, but yes a week has made the difference but the previous two months hurt us also.
  4. Think you can use the English language to better effect, no?
  5. Clutching at straws, if John Heitinga signs that will end our interest in Taylor. Vaughan is over-rated in my opinion, sell him and invest in other areas of the team like the middle.
  6. What cowpat! Arsenal have a long history of cheats, no way they can claim that.
  7. Over 12 million for him, rather have Hangerland for the same price.
  8. Originally I wasn't bothered to see the back of him, but that Chelsea game makes me want him back here.
  9. Brings back painful memories, but what a side we had in the eighties! We played football collectively, not rely on one or two to do it. Always thought Steve Sutton looked like Peter Falk.
  10. I agree that the English press are quick to jump on this because he is foreign, where Ashley Young (who is a dirty bigger cheat) gets nothing at all in terms of focus. But bad news makes headlines, the truth is cheating is universal and it always was.
  11. A waste of a career, young footballers should learn from the likes of Jeffers and do the right thing. But I have absolutely no sympathy for him.
  12. Maybe he has signed but Valencia ain't letting him go until they got a replacement, I don't know why else Everton would apply for a permit for him?
  13. I think this is a master stroke. First because our defence looks leaderless, and Distin will bring hopefully experience and presence. While I have seen him also get ripped to pieces and fall over more very frequently, he is very higher thought of in the game.
  14. If Moyes pulls this one off then this summer may not be such a disaster after all! World class is how I describe this boy, watched him in the Champ league qualifier and he was imperial!
  15. He will never be first team, so may as well sell him. Not every youth player will make the grade, but at Everton it seems a lot just come and go. I particularly disappointed Lukas hasn't made the grade, along with Scott Spencer as a lot of money were invested in them.
  16. Not biting the terrible attempt to defame the legend big Dunc!
  17. Come on Romey, I know your smarter than that lol.
  18. How many clubs do you support? But yeah I agree, think he isn't worth two million. The inferior Barry Ferguson, say's it all!
  19. This puzzles me, why bid £10 million for Luiaso when Newcastle asking price for Taylor is 8 million? Luiaso is quality, but Taylor is quite younger and more used to the English top flight.
