  9. plus, we could sign him for free at the end of the season if he impresses
  10. i cant find a link for this claim. Zoo, care to share? Spurs are dark horses for the title I reckon, if these proposed changes happen.

  12. an ok game?! bloody hell, their midfield couldnt get near the ball because of him. As Steve mentioned, 2nd most touches in the EPL this weekend. Thats because he was dominating the game, linking the ball down the wings and to Barkley. Each game is different to the next. For every Wigan, theres a plethora of games where he was man of the match (at least, according the people of Toffeetalk) - we voted for him more times than anyone else over the season. Im not saying its an exact science, but its a rough indicator and a reminder for those with a fickle / short memory. and so there should be, it shows a bit of class from our players. that is reassuring. dont go bringing reason and logic here, Steve!
  13. I dont mind Murphy, didnt even when he played for the kopites. Plus, he actually talked sense in his reviews on MOTD
  14. so far as I saw it, he was disciplined enough to not just take out the player like he usually would, which wouldve given them a dangerous freekick and him a booking. Not to mention the fact it shouldnt have got to him in the 1st place! People are picking up on any little thing to justify selling him. Apart from that one mistake in the game, he was dominant and has been for a long time. We should be saying no sale to both players, regardless of possible income. If he is not living up to expectation, sell in January for an inflated price or after the World Cup as suggested. Should definitely not be this window and everyone should be behind him.

  16. Should be fun: http://www.evertonfc.com/news/archive/2013/08/15/join-the-martinez-march- For those interested: http://www.evertonfc.com/news/archive/2013/08/19/baggies-buy-back-scheme sticking with my 4-0 prediction after watching MOTD. The decline of WBA since their impressive start last season is quite startling!
  17. word of warning - last time I collected a preordered ticket from the ground I missed the 1st half. Whilst that was an exception, I'd advise to get there early to get the tickets then head the Wilmslow to pass the time til kickoff
  18. Aguero also made a big deal about it. Could've just stood up and got on with it. It's a booking, at most...
  19. Clouted?! Christ, I've seen kids hit each other harder play fighting!
  20. That is a disgraceful decision, never a red card. Was a pen too... This ref seems very, very card happy.
  21. cant see anything but a whitewash for City. Their team is scary on paper!
