A press officer from the justice department (Nicolette Stoel) has said that Fer is expected to appear before a "Officer of Justice" (I don't think there's a similar function in the British justice system), not before a judge. Which means he's wanted for a misdemeanor or less. They're going to offer a settlement which would have him either pay a fine or do community service. He can't be punished harder than that. They won't comment on what he supposedly did to protect his privacy. A lot of Dutch fans seem to think it was actually Munsterman himself who leaked rumours about his partying and legal problems to Derksen to convince their fans that they haven't got a bad deal selling him now.

It's not that I'm blaming the club for the (potentional) failing of a signing, it's that we announce deals etc, before we know the true extent of what's happening.
 
We were pretty much told Odidija was signed, then there were issues. We were told Fernandes was signed, attended a game and pissed off to Valencia. We were told a deal was on place for Moutinho...didn't happen. And this one Is the same, "Deal agreed with Twente for Leroy Fer", having medical, everything's good....oh. Wait. Hang on. No it's not.

Hi Everton fans. I'm from Greece, Olympiakos fan and i check your forum now and then to see how Kevin is doing there. Sad to see him injured again. I saw some of your posts worrying about him being prone to injuries so i thought i should inform you that Kevin has also had 3 hamstring injuries while he was here. One when he first arrived, one early last season and one early this summer. First two were not that serious, he was out for about 3 weeks and then he was almost perfectly fit all season, only some minor problems that kept him out 1-2 games.
After this summer's injury it took him more than a month to recover , although everyone here thought that he was delaying his return because he was afraid of another injury before he completed the transfer to your team. Truth or not, the point is that he completely missed the basic stage of training and you know how important that is for any football player after almost 2 months of vacation. So that might be the main reason for his lack of fitness.
I understand your frustration but dont worry, Mirallas needs his time to find his rythm and to be on top form . Once he does he will start scoring as well.

Thank god he'll be leaving. I've been looking forward to this moment ever since he arrived. Overrated and a complete and utter dick head.

Maybe you did a start one thread to many in recent times, I get a bit angry about that sometimes with any participants, be it here, or any other forum page you can think of. It wasn't anything personal you understand, it's just the principle of the thing. On James Bond page for example, there's one or two annoying kids who see it necessary to start a new thread every 20 minutes about 'what flavor cat food does your pet enjoy' to 'what's the strangest thing you have in your attic'. Gets on my fucking nerves it really does.

Nah, he's having a go at Suarez. If you watch the vidoe closely after the shot Suarez falls over and then jumps back up as if he's going to give Robinson a mouthful. Not really setting a good example to be honest even if he is frustrated at the score-line. I'm not sure what Robinson could have done though, granted his shot was poor but Suarez was on the floor so I don't see what he's moaning about.

If you're looking for music try Pure Love. Their debut album comes out on the 4th February and they're a class act (I saw them supporting Lostprophets in November). They're made up of Jim Carroll and Frank Carter (who used to be in the punk band Gallows).
