In all fairness it was a very good offer, however im sure he could have tried harder to stay. He was very over rated anyway IMO.

Nobody stood out today. There seemed to be no natural leaders on the field. Went for Nuts for his heroic finish 10 seconds into his return.

Lucky today. Dont know where this sudden lack of confidence has appeard from. Hopefully its because they are a bit rusty working together because of the international break. Need to see a much beter performance next week. These are te games we need to comfortably win.

just a quick one... does anyone think barkley could play as a creative striker a little further up the pitch in the coming seasons? I understand hes already playing as an attacking midfielder but does anyone think we will get more out of him up front setting up a poacher ??

jelavic, osman and mirallas should be dropped soon. I know we dont have much choice up front today and osman has been in midfield by default. mirallas isnt thw player he was last season.
