I would hint regardless of cup we have to finish top eight. Any lower he should go. Winning the cup can't mask our league form. Top eight would be a low finish but we could grow from there. Any lower is disgusting for our squad.

Can we put this one to bed now? I honestly would rather have Howard. Shots to conceded goals ratio Howard is the better keeper. Howard has 12 shots on target, conceded two or three. Robles, it's pretty much 50% conceded. Not sure of actual stats but come on, anyone can see that one we get shots on target, we concede. Get Howard back in, or try someone else.

I think it's the same as any team. We have a lot of confidence players. We need a couple of strong hearts in there.

You look at any professional sport..or job and you will know that they get a premium pay for being able to act profesionally. Today our players aren't...Though the last five they are fighting.

It is exactly the point. These are meant to be professional players. Not sure you understand what that means, but it should be they are able to be responsible for thier own motivation. The managers should be left to pick the team and tactics and manage the players. They should be able to motivate themselves for a match. Phil Neville putting in a tackle against Ronaldo. Did his manager instruct him to do that?

Don't think he has the vision. When people spoke about Baines I could see it. Baines has the vision and ability to split a defense, as he does. I can't imagine Stones doing that as he isn't an attack minded player.

The debate was about lack of service though. Haf was right in his reply. I think people are looking for minimal snippets because he has actually praised Rom in match day threads etc recently.

Saying that...have you read our forums when we're upset? We can be quite nasty too. There were a few fans on thier forum that made decent comments too.

Players are too professional these days. They don't feel for thier clubs and get over defeat too easily.
