Louis
It's costing £100m, that's more than people are willing to pay to own Everton. You can't really diss Kenwright for not doing it.
Romey 1878
You can, however, diss him for selling FF and then renting it back for much more than it cost to build...

Avinalaff
They've spent a fortune already on the local community. If that goes ahead it would be terrific for the kids. City have had a great academy over the years, with some real talent coming through. Always a good thing.
Lowensda
I worked for City for a while, 18 months to be exact. CITC (City in the CIty community programe)...i left because the two coaches i was later put with were complete tossers. Their community program was shit in comparison to the one Everton was doing. Hence why (back then) I wrote to Mr Hall, asking to join their coaching staff. Was at ellesmere port for a bit then went to sandbach where it sucked. Crystal Palace and Reading havbe very good community programmes. But i think with all the money they're looking at pumpong into City's effort, it'll blow everyone for 6. Bad times for the rest of us

MikeO
i can diss BK, because regardless of money something like that is showing REAL ambition if you ask me It's easy to afford that sort of ambition if you're a trillionaire oil skeikh. Bit of a stretch to make a comparison.

Bit of a stretch to make a comparison. its not about the money though Mike, its about the scale of the project, the vision, the ambition, even if we had the money, i doubt anyone on our current board would ever be able to dream up a scheme like this, let alone set it in place, its a bench mark for ALL clubs tbh, not just are own
