Avinalaff
Everton preparing to submit a proposal by Yohan Tavares, Beira-Mar, reported Thursday that the English press. The club Liverpool sent emissaries to watch the display of the central Luso in the game with FC Porto in the Saturday, a meeting that ended with the defeat (1-2) Beira-Mar. It was the third time I watched Everton Yohan Tavares, the player having convinced the club to advance responsible for hiring. According to The Sun , Everton will offer 500 thousand pounds - almost 600 000 euros - to secure the services of player 23 years. Central defender. Seems to be well rated. Romey 1878
Wouldn't it make more sense to just keep working with the young CB's we already have and put whatever little money we have aside in order to get a new striker or creative midfielder? If we're going after a young CB who will only sit on the bench it pushes Duffy further down the pecking order and out of the door if we're not careful. We still have to safeguard the future of the club as well as the present. The more kids the merrier.

Duffy and Mustafi should be the future of the club that we're looking after, and it's not like they've had a look in so this Tavares would be no different. Louis
More than a woman was a great tune If Moyes signs him, will heaven be missing an angel?
Romey 1878
im sure moyes has seen all that duffy and mustafi have to offer so if he needs a centre back he will sign one,it could mean jags or heitinga are leaving. And if one of those is leaving you really think he'll throw this Tavares or Duffy/Mustafi in as there replacement? Nah, we're much more likely to see Neville or Hibbert playing there. Hafnia
Moyes collects defenders like raffa used to collect full backs. Need strikers Davie!!!
c1982
Moyes collects defenders like raffa used to collect full backs. Need strikers Davie!!! I would bet that Moyes has signed more strikers than defenders in his time at EFC... The problem is he's found the 'right' defenders but only found short term solutions in att. So to say he collects defenders is wrong but to say he's been better at signing defenders in his time at EFC is a fair comment.
