All he had to do was jump and header it over the bar but instead he got beaten by the smallest man on the pitch, absolutely criminal - then he should have scored at the other end too and didn't. He'd had a good game up til then but his job is defending and he's just cost us the match and given us a mountain to climb - how many more times are we going to gift results to the top teams this season with defensive howlers. What a goal from Yakubu, once again he showed some vision during the game and a true strikers instinct, once again AJ did nothing - he should have been taken off with 20/30 mins to go for Vaughan or Anichebe. Some good performances out there tonight but let down by a terrible mistake again, Lescott has cost us a few goals this season in the air, he needs to attack the ball. Still, all to play for and we can definitely do it at Goodison - at least we know we need to win now. Arteta will turn it round for us, get back to 451 and weave our magic. Should hope they did they were only against 10 men ffs, cant understand them sittin so deep against 10 men. chelsea should have been doing that if we had pushed them back.
