  1. I’m sure there is no agenda against Everton, but this investigation wouldn’t even happen if our name wasn’t attached to it. Over the last few days people in the media have confirmed the planting of stories, so for now I’ll believe nothing.
  2. But Bayern want £85 for a shirt. Good, but not perfect.
  3. I believe the training facility is being offered as a share option with quite a big guaranteed dividend isn’t it?
  4. I forgot, Farah told us a while back, the fans sack the managers. I’m sure we’ll get the questionnaire in the post soon.
  5. I’m absolutely ready to get out of this frying pan and jump straight into a fire.
  6. If anyone wants to see Dyche sacked I’ve got to ask, who do you want to sack him? It’s an abandoned ship! Can Thelwell sack him? Does he have the authority for that? Chong? He’s only in a temporary position, so can he sack him? Moshiri doesn’t give a fuck, Bill is in hiding but still wants to be “Chairman Bill” of his own train set. 777 don’t own the club yet. Can Seamus Coleman sack him? He’s probably the highest ranking employee right now.
  7. Seems we’ve gone from being worried about 777, to some even bigger shit show than we might have known. Now we just needing someone to take control and show some actual leadership, hopefully getting the club in shape. I know there is a lot of scepticism about 777, but I just want them in the door asap just to see the others out of here. We need a fresh start and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt until they give me a reason not to. I don’t see why they would sell the new stadium, though I understand the concern. If you want to flip the club for a profit selling it with its assets intact, rather than just being tenants, will be of a higher value. I hope it happens quickly.
  8. Not much else we can do mate. If it’s going to happen we can’t stop it, personally I’m just happy to get rid of these two.
  9. It’s a website only set up to put adverts in front of Evertonians, by people who have made up stories in the past to purely get us to look at the website so they can generate money from ad revenue. The only time they actually report on a story is when they make it up. If you haven’t noticed yet, all of the stories you have linked from that website are them telling you about a story on another website. Not them telling you actual news. So they get to link you to a Twitter account, or a newspaper website, only when they do that you see adverts on their site and they get paid off the back off someone else’s work. So I’m quite happy to open your link, find who is actually telling the story, and try to stop these middlemen making money from a fan base who are constantly desperate for news.
  10. https://inews.co.uk/sport/football/777-partners-who-everton-buyers-takeover-explained-2620046?ITO=newsnow If you don’t like clickbait this link is to the original article.
  11. And it was about 20 years ago. Who wasn’t an idiot in their early 20’s anyway?
  12. I will judge them on how they perform. I don’t see any benefit in being upset just yet. They need to bring some early positive action and also remove some negatives from the club (Bill). If they are to do worse than the current regime they will have to actively sabotage things. Trying to be optimistic that it can and hopefully will get better. In terms of these ownership groups, they are ok if you are the top of the pyramid. Which we should be.
  13. Any wait to see some blue seats on the north stand next week, and hopefully the roof skin on the north stand too. Now most of the roof and terracing is complete it’s really looking like a stadium. When the lower west stand terracing goes on soon and the south stand reaches ground level it’s going to show the scale of the thing. One thing we can be excited about.
  14. I’m not sure we need to worry about spending £8m to replace him. We should be just as worried about needing £8m to balance the books. But we got £30m for Gray and Iwobi, we should be able to pick someone up for less than that. Maybe Harrison with his rumoured release clause. Accoridng to Dyche; no he didn’t ask to leave. He told the club he was leaving! No asking. You don’t see that Dyche saying that to the press was protecting Gray? Would you rather he went to the press and tell them Gray is demanding the club sell him and has gone and agreed a deal with another club behind Everton’s back and without permission?
  15. We made about 400% profit on a player who doesn’t want to be here. There is a reason we could buy him for less than £2m in the first place. The problem is anyone who doesn’t think we got a good deal. We are financially fucked and £8m will help a lot!
  16. It doesn’t matter what point in the season Mina got fit, when he starts playing games he gets injured. If he would have got in the team in March he would have been injured, probably, in March.
  17. This!! If the favouritism for Keane was really as bad as some say then Branthwaite wouldn’t have been given the chance. I think he’s handled that quite well.
  18. If the Saudi’s still want him then they need to stick a few million more on the price tag just for the shit over the last few days.
