Was just watching the Watford & Chelsea game and Watford were all over Chelsea, absolutely battering them. It’s all about attitude abs being brave enough to have a go. There was a medical emergency however in that game for a fan so the game has been suspended. I hope they are okay and have received treatment.

All will be forgiven for Rondon if he scores the winning goal tonight. I don’t like the 2 man midfield against their 3. I just hope we can get the ball up to our front men enough to justify having 2 of them up there.

Same squad as brentford with Gomes back in training. Please, for the love of god Rafa just set us up with a 3 man to midfield to try and offer our dogshit defence some cover and just hope we can hurt them on the break with Richie and Gray.

Mark Noble - has played 2 games in the premier league so I’m not sure what your point is? Id have Antonio here in heart beat - works his ass off and has a decent finish on him. I don’t think he his better that DCL though. Don’t forget he got moved around from full back/wing and hasn’t been a striker for his whole career.

Digne hasn’t found the same level from the first season with us - which was excellent. Perhaps a victim of how good/consistent Baines was and how inconsistent that left winger spot has been for us. I think we have much bigger issues before we address him.

Does need to get better in the air but at least he is proper into his man when they get the ball to feet. Just seems all our centre backs have 1/2 good individual qualities but are shit at just about everything else.

Absolutely no chance this happens. 5 at the back with wing backs maybe. But it would have to be Gray or Townsend on the right doing a job they won’t like with Digne on the left. If Simms hasn’t had a run the last few games he isn’t starting in the derby. Gray is the key for us, if we can get him 1v1 against TAA he can rip him apart

Watch Keane close enough and you’ll see the issues. The odd good long ball but most his headers he wins he just lofts to an opposition player and puts us under pressure, zero aggression and a consistent contributor of mediocrity. Colemans crossing is horrible, worse than Hibbo or Neville. The amount of times he just wedges a ball from the touch line for the striker because he panics. Love the bloke for what he has done but he is no way a top 10 full back in this league. We won’t realise it until we replace him properly.

I don’t think it matters who’s manager when we have the likes of Rondon, Keane, Coleman & Iwobi starting games. You can get away with 1 or 2 for rotation/injury cover but when all of them start successive games our form reflects their ability. None of them get in a top 10 side in my opinion.

What ever we do we need as much pace up front as possible. It’s the only way we can hurt them is from a recovery and quick counter

All of which says more about them to disrespect someone who did so much for their club and left on reasonable terms. I think Rafa would be proper hurt by those type of banners - to question his integrity, wild only spur him on. Regardless we are in such a bad spot. The longer this goes to more I’m frustrated at our spending over the last few years. Koeman and Walsh in particular. We’ve paid out over £100 million pounds for players who’ve hardly kicked a ball and it’s disgusting.

We should have better quality given what we have spent but we don’t. Partially down to injuries mind you. I think this will be a low quality game going to who ever wants it most - which is why I can’t be confident of a win.

Yeah I saw that. Interesting that Onyango played after coming on last week though. I hope he starts some of these younger guys and tells them if they perform here there’s a big chance they start the derby game.

I wouldn’t have an issue if Rafa mixed it up here a bit. I’d like Allan, Doucoure and Delph in the middle if they are fit with Gordon, Townsend and Simms/Dobbin getting a run.
