The likes of City, Spurs & United are not upto speed while there's some "lower" teams showing some real ability and desire to play good football. Theres going to be some points dropped by teams chasing that top 6 spot this year and if we can keep winning while they struggle, it could be the difference end of season.

Mark, my man, confidence becomes arrogance very quickly. If we take this attitude as a club we will lose more than we win. Whilst they may not be the powerhouse the once were - they still pose a threat with some world class players. Brighton - decent team, by no means is this a turn up and get 3 points. We will need to win the midfield here and earn the right. I think id actually like to see Gomes against West Ham and Bernard come into the more advanced central position in midfield. He has created loads in the cup games and we could use his creativity here. Good to have some options however.

Let’s not over analyse it here. He was 21 year old kid leading the line for a simply dog shit side void of ideas ( Koeman/Alladyce ). He is getting better with age as we expected. Still has work to do. Also, if he isn’t personally aiming to be golden boot then he really shouldn’t be our number 9.

I love him. The type of player you’d hope your flair players say thank you to after each. He allows others to play their game knowing there’s cover behind. Really enjoyed him having a laugh after he skied that shot as well, he seems to be enjoying himself here and is real leader on the pitch.

I’ll go James. 2 quality passes for both goals both completely types of balls as well. Also an amazing ball to put Richarlison in but for a poor touch. Gomes - more of that, thought he really stepped up in a midfield that was struggling, Doucoure had a pretty average game but still showed his physicality.

Hate it. He struck it well but all his fucking around before it, not a fan. Needs to get off his love affair for Neymar.

I think Iwobi might just be rusty. He started poorly against Fleetwood but really grew into the game. I like this team but I would start Iwobi/Gordon for James. There’s about quality there and if we need him for the last 30 or so then so be it.

He is a sook. Not as good as he thinks he is to be honest.

We have the makings of a very, very good footballing team. Were not at our best yet 58% possession, 10 shots, 5 on target and a win - I’m very happy with that.

We’ve got enough depth for 4 or so changes with out putting a really weak side. Gordon has been impressive and deserves run. CB is the issue, we are going to run Keane into the ground at this rate - I’ve been massively critical of him but he has been immense to play every minute and play at such a consistent level so far.
